(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种大功率LED隧道灯。
(二)背景技术
现有市场上的LED隧道灯都是以小功率居多,在实际组装中会非常困难。由于采用了固态有机材料,与目前的玻璃灯泡相比,LED隧道灯体积更小,适用范围更广、更不容易损坏。但LED隧道灯由于结构紧凑,应用过程中因散热不好,会出现严重的光衰以及其它缺陷,给用户带来不必要的损失。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种散热效果好的大功率LED隧道灯。
一种大功率LED隧道灯,包括LED光源、散热器、驱动器和外壳,其特征在于:所述的散热器与外壳结合为一体散热外壳。
进一步,所述的LED光源两侧分别设有散热管。
进一步,所述的LED光源背部连接热容体,热容体上设有若干平行设置的散热条,散热条的两侧部呈锯齿状。本散热条的结构设计可增大散热面积,提高散热效果。
进一步,所述的驱动器安装在外壳的背部。这样设置是为了使驱动器方便更换。
本实用新型的大功率LED隧道灯先将LED产生的热部分通过散热管导出,然后通过散热外壳和散热条散出,确保LED产生的热能快速散出,从而减少了光衰,延长了LED的使用寿命。

所述的LED光源1背部连接热容体5,热容体5上设有若干平行设置的散热条6,散热条6的两侧部呈锯齿状。
所述的驱动器2安装在外壳3的背部。
