背景技术
目前,矿山竖井排水管弯管支座支撑一般采用从竖井井底竖立竖向支撑或采用常规的支撑梁固定在井筒主梁上支撑排水管弯管支座的方式,但深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座承受的静水压力与水锤力比较大,若采用支撑梁固定在井筒主梁上,会影响主梁的稳定性,强度很难满足要求。又若采用支撑梁横穿井筒固定在井壁上,支撑梁会与井筒内提升设施或井筒装备结构相撞。并且矿山深竖井中大管径排水管弯管支座支撑一般离竖井井底较远,采用竖井井底竖立竖向支撑,实现起来比较困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用悬臂梁作为深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座支撑,保证大管径排水管弯管支座稳定与安全,节约了竖井井筒空间,并确保了竖井设施的安全。
本实用新型的深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座支撑,其特征在于:采用悬臂梁伸入井筒内固定支撑大管径排水管弯管支座,在悬臂梁硐室内利用钢筋混凝土压力墙固定悬臂梁,并将悬臂梁位于悬臂梁硐室部分采用混凝土浇灌覆盖,确保悬臂梁整体稳定性。
本实用新型采用悬臂梁作为深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座支撑,解决了大管径排水管弯管支座竖向支撑结构问题,可以加强支护结构受力,节约了竖井井筒空间,保证了大管径排水管的安全与稳定,并确保了竖井内设施安全。悬臂梁式深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座支撑,特别适用于当深竖井内大管径排水管的弯管支座离竖井井底较远,很难从井底竖立竖向支撑的场合。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座支撑,首先在围岩8里开凿悬臂梁硐室4,定位安装好悬臂梁1,然后在悬臂梁硐室4内悬臂梁1的一端浇灌钢筋混凝土压力墙5,并将悬臂梁1位于悬臂梁硐室内部分采用混凝土6浇灌覆盖。然后在悬臂梁1伸入井筒2内一端安装大管径排水管弯管支座3与大管径排水管7。

1、一种深竖井大管径排水管弯管支座支撑,其特征在于:采用悬臂梁(1)伸入井筒(2)内固定支撑大管径排水管(7)弯管支座(3),在悬臂梁硐室(4)内利用钢筋混凝土压力墙(5)固定悬臂梁(1),并将悬臂梁(1)位于悬臂梁硐室(4)部分采用混凝土(6)浇灌覆盖。
