本实用新型涉及一种掘进机,特别是涉及一种用于煤矿、隧道掘进机本体部与后支撑的连接方式。
背景技术:
目前掘进机本体部与后支撑部联结方式在掘进机工作时本体部主要受拉应力,长期工作会使本体部尾部焊缝开裂。这样会导致掘进机停产,而在煤矿井下、工程隧道中焊接维修过程很烦琐,造成停产时间长,经济损失大。因此急需采取新型联结方式提高掘进机使用可靠性。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种掘进机本体与后支撑的连接方式。它可增加本体与后支撑联结的强度;降低掘进机工作时本体所受的拉应力,保证本体尾部焊缝不开裂。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括掘进机本体与后支撑、高强螺栓、方键、凹槽,其特征是,掘进机本体与后支撑的中间设有凹槽托架通过高强螺栓连接,在凹槽托架里装有方键,方键作用是安装定位及使螺栓不受剪切力。凹槽托架作用是支撑本体部,减小掘进机工作时本体所受拉应力。
本实用新型的优点是,增加本体部与后支撑联结的强度,降低掘进机工作时本体部所受的拉应力,保证本体部尾部焊缝不开裂。提高了掘进机使用可靠性。
