圆锥滚子轴承广泛用于汽车、轧机、矿山、冶金、塑料机械等行业。现有的圆锥滚子轴承包括内圈和外圈,圆锥滚子排列在两者之间,其内圈外表面和外圈内表面具有锥度。这种设计使圆锥滚子轴承特别适合承受复合(径向与轴向)负荷。圆锥滚子轴承通常是分离型的,即由带滚子与保持架组件的内圈组成的圆锥内圈组件可以与圆锥外圈(外圈)分开安装。圆锥滚子轴承的外圈包括外表面、内表面、大口端面和小口端面,外表面与轴承的轴向平行,内表面与轴承的轴向具有一定的角度,即接触角α,α角度越大,轴向负荷能力就越高。现有的圆锥滚子轴承外圈的轴向剖面图中,其内表面为直线。上述结构的圆锥滚子轴承外圈与滚子的摩擦力较大,因此轴承也具有较大的阻尼,容易产生粘连等问题,影响圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明拟解决的问题是提供一种外圈与滚子的摩擦力小的圆锥滚子轴承,减小轴承的阻尼,以提高圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种圆锥滚子轴承,它包括内圈、外圈和圆锥滚子,所述圆锥滚子在所述内圈和外圈之间,所述内圈外表面和外圈内表面具有锥度,所述外圈的轴向剖面中,其内表面为凸出的圆弧。
所述外圈的轴向剖面中,其内表面的圆弧的弧高为5-100微米。
作为改进,上述圆锥滚子轴承,所述内圈的轴向剖面中,其外表面为凸出的圆弧。所述内圈外表面的圆弧的弧高为5-100微米。
由于采用了上述方案,所述外圈的轴向剖面中,内表面为凸出的圆弧,这种结构使圆锥滚子轴承外圈与滚子的摩擦力减小,因此轴承也具有相对较小的阻尼,不容易产生粘连等问题,提高圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型的圆锥滚子轴承,它包括内圈1、外圈2和圆锥滚子3,所述圆锥滚子3在所述内圈1和外圈2之间,所述内圈外表面5和外圈内表面4具有锥度,上述结构与现有技术的圆锥滚子轴承的结构类似,因此不再展开描述。
本实用新型的圆锥滚子轴承的特点是:所述外圈2的轴向剖面中,其内表面为凸出的圆弧,所述圆弧的弧高为5-100微米。
参见图2,作为本实用新型的的改进,所述内圈1的轴向剖面中,其外表面也为凸出的圆弧,所述圆弧的弧高为5-100微米。

1、一种圆锥滚子轴承,它包括内圈(1)、外圈(2)和圆锥滚子(3),所述圆锥滚子(3)在所述内圈(1)和外圈(2)之间,所述内圈外表面(5)和外圈内表面(4)具有锥度,其特征在于所述外圈(2)的轴向剖面中,其内表面为凸出的圆弧。
