本实用新型属于冷弯型钢加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于更换轧辊的拆装器，应用于冷弯型钢生产线调整方面的在线更换轧辊。
背景技术
现有的型钢生产中，型材规格的更换也就是轧辊的更换，轧辊更换要拆除机架，过去换辊将机架压梁拆除，拆开传动轴，提出水平辊轴，再将轧辊从轴上拆下，换上更换的轧辊，装到机架上，安装上压梁，连接上传动轴，整个过程需要6～8小时。存在耗时耗力、生产效率不高等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：针对上述存在的问题和不足，提供一种高效快捷、省时省力、提高生产效率的一种用于更换轧辊的拆装器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：用于更换轧辊的拆装器包括齿轮、齿条、旋柄和箱体，齿轮与齿条啮合，齿轮与旋柄相连接，齿轮固定在箱体上，箱体固定，转动齿轮使齿条运动，齿条一端通过钳口与带有轧辊的机架连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用齿轮与齿条的啮合，将齿轮固定，转动齿轮齿条运动，齿条一端通过钳口与带有轧辊的机架连接，将操作端机架从水平轴上拖出，在线完成轧辊的更换，其它部件无需拆下，整个过程约为4小时，省时省力，高效实用，操作灵活快捷，生产效率大大提高。

具体实施方式
从图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图可以看出，本实用新型由齿轮1、齿条4、旋柄2、箱体3和钳口5组成，齿轮1与齿条4啮合，齿轮1与旋柄2相连接，齿轮1固定在箱体3上，箱体3固定不动。转动齿轮1使齿条4前进或后退，齿条4一端用钳口5与机架拆装板连接，齿轮1顺时、逆时转动，机架则退出、推进，实现机架的拆除。
本实用新型只拆除操作侧机架，在线更换轧辊，从而完成管材产品规格的更换。齿轮端采用固定方式，转动齿轮齿条运动，齿条一端通过钳口与机架拆装板的连接，将联系机架的连杆拆下，齿条后退即可将操作端机架从水平轴上拖出，其它部件无需拆下，两水平辊轴挑在另一机架上，将旧轧辊拆下，换上新的轧辊；转动齿轮齿条前进即可将操作端机架从水平轴上推进，连杆连接两机架，缩紧水平轴螺母，即完成轧辊的更换。这样在线更换轧辊的过程中只需调动拆装器，操作端机架可退出推进，短时内就能完成对管材规格的轧辊更换调整，大大提高了生产线的生产效率。

1、一种用于更换轧辊的拆装器，包括齿轮(1)、齿条(4)、旋柄(2)和箱体(3)，齿轮(1)与齿条(4)啮合，其特征是：所述齿轮(1)与旋柄(2)相连接，齿轮(1)固定在箱体(3)上，箱体(3)固定，转动齿轮(1)使齿条(4)运动，所述齿条(4)一端通过钳口(5)与带有轧辊的机架连接。
