二、背景技术
目前管件弯头推制机主要包括芯头、芯杆、活动推制墙、推制油缸和坯管夹紧装置，芯头连接在芯杆的前段，坯管夹紧装置套装在芯杆的前端，活动推制墙套装在芯杆上并和推制油缸连接；在进行小口径的管件弯头生产时，先通过人工将坯管套装到芯杆上，再由坯管夹紧装置将坯管夹住，由推制油缸推动活动推制墙，再由活动推制墙推动坯管，将坯管推过芯头后即制成所需管件弯头，但在进行大口径的管件弯头时，由于坯管体积大且非常笨重，由人工将其套装到芯杆上时就非常的费时费力。
三、发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于将大口径坯管套装到芯杆上、能省时省力的管件弯头推制机。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种管件弯头推制机，包括芯头、芯杆、活动推制墙、推制油缸和坯管夹紧装置，芯头连接在芯杆的前段，坯管夹紧装置套装在芯杆的前端，活动推制墙套装在芯杆上并和推制油缸连接；推制油缸安装在推制油缸固定支架上；其特征是在芯杆的后面装有坯管套装油缸、坯管放置架和导轨；坯管套装油缸安装在固定支架上；在坯管套装油缸上连接安装一坯管推头；坯管放置架包括托板、滚轮、支撑板和滚轮轴，坯管放置架通过滚轮安放在导轨上。
本实用新型具有的优点是：
1、本实用新型能方便的将大口径坯管套装到芯杆上，使坯管的套装省时省力。
2、本实用新型使坯管的套装为机械套装，使生产的效率也得到提高。

如图1和图2所示，一种管件弯头推制机，包括芯头1、芯杆2、活动推制墙3、推制油缸4和坯管夹紧装置5，芯头1连接在芯杆2的前段，坯管夹紧装置5套装在芯杆2的前端，活动推制墙3套装在芯杆2上并和推制油缸4连接；推制油缸4安装在推制油缸固定支架6上；在芯杆2的后面装有坯管套装油缸7、坯管放置架8和导轨9；坯管套装油缸7安装在固定支架10上；在坯管套装油缸7上连接安装一坯管推头11；坯管放置架8包括托板8.1、滚轮8.2、支撑板8.3和滚轮轴8.4，坯管放置架8通过滚轮8.2安放在导轨9上。
本实用新型的工作原理为：将大口径坯管12吊放到坯管放置架8的托板8.1上，坯管套装油缸7通过坯管推头11推动大口径坯管12将套装到芯杆2上，此时坯管放置架8由大口径坯管8带动通过滚轮8.2在导轨9运动。
