本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的空气螺杆压缩机转子,其设计取向是:转子间完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,不包含任何“曲线对曲线”的密封,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;改善转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削法加工,也更容易检验;大转子、低转速,以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命;对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性小。为克服现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:该螺杆压缩机转子,包括阴转子、阳转子,阴、阳转子为双边非对称型线,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,阴、阳转子的齿数比为6∶5,阴、阳转子之间具有间隙,其特征在于:以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06mm,其实际型线坐标如下:
