本实用新型属锁的技术领域,特别涉及的是一种有判别破封功能的电子施封锁。
背景技术:
现有的铁路货车用电子施封锁,其电子芯片和内置天线一起封装在锁体中,当锁杆被剪断(即电子施封锁被破封)后,存储于电子芯片中的数据信息仍可被读取,车内货物的相关信息无法保密。
实用新型的内容:
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种有判别破封功能的电子施封锁。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁,包括相互连接的天线盒体和锁杆,天线盒体内封装有标签天线,锁杆内封装有电子芯片,标签天线和电子芯片通过导线连接。
上述的电子芯片封装在锁杆的锁芯内。
上述的锁杆内有通孔,导线装在通孔内,导线的表面和通孔内充满粘结剂层。
上述的天线盒体和锁杆封装为一体,锁杆的一端嵌在天线盒体的封装有标签天线的壳体内,锁杆的锁芯嵌在锁体内。锁杆嵌在壳体内、装有电子芯片的锁芯嵌在锁体内无法取出,锁体起到机械锁的功能。
本实用新型的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁将存储货物数据信息的电子芯片封装在锁杆内,若遇外力破坏锁杆而致其内部导线断开、短接、电子芯片脱离,使电子芯片和天线盒体内置标签天线分离,此系统就不能正常工作,电子芯片中的数据信息无法再次读出。通过地面读取装置即可判断认定此电子施封锁有无破封。
本实用新型的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁设计合理、结构简单、安装使用方便,成本低廉,作业效率高,可以在线实时检测施封是否破封,实现了施封检查的自动化、现代化,利于铁路货车交接检查的推广和应用。

实施例:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁,包括相互连接的天线盒体1和锁杆2,天线盒体1内封装有标签天线3,锁杆2内封装有电子芯片4,标签天线3和电子芯片4通过导线5连接。
上述的电子芯片4封装在锁杆2的锁芯6内。
上述的锁杆2内有通孔7,导线5装在通孔7内,导线5的表面和通孔7内充满粘结剂层8。
上述的天线盒体1和锁杆2封装为一体,锁杆2的一端嵌在天线盒体1的封装有标签天线3的壳体9内,锁杆2的锁芯6嵌在锁体10内。锁杆2嵌在壳体9内、装有电子芯片4的锁芯6嵌在锁体10内无法取出,锁体起到机械锁的功能。
本实用新型的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁将存储货物数据信息的电子芯片4封装在锁杆2内,若遇外力破坏锁杆2而致其内部导线5断开、短接、电子芯片4脱离,使电子芯片4和天线盒体1内置标签天线3分离,此系统就不能正常工作,电子芯片4中的数据信息无法再次读出。通过地面读取装置即可判断认定此电子施封锁有无破封。

1、一种有判别破封功能的电子施封锁,包括相互连接的天线盒体(1)和锁杆(2),其特征在于天线盒体(1)内封装有标签天线(3),锁杆(2)内封装有电子芯片(4),标签天线(3)和电子芯片(4)通过导线(5)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁,其特征在于电子芯片(4)封装在锁杆(2)的锁芯(6)内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁,其特征在于锁杆(2)内有通孔(7),导线(5)装在通孔(7)内,导线(5)的表面和通孔(7)内充满粘结剂层(8)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的有判别破封功能的电子施封锁,其特征在于天线盒体(1)和锁杆(2)封装为一体,锁杆(2)的一端嵌在天线盒体(1)的封装有标签天线(3)的壳体(9)内,锁杆(2)的锁芯(6)嵌在锁体(10)内。
