本实用新型公开了一种中高压开关接触器与底盘车的联锁装置，它主要由底盘车、压杆、推压板、丝杆、联锁板、转轴、扭簧、联锁弹簧组成；推压板滑接在底盘车的底板上；压杆沿垂直方向向下顶压在推压板上；联锁弹簧的一端固定在底盘车的底板上，另一端挂接在推压板的内端；所述的丝杆两端可转动的套置在底盘车两端向上竖起的侧板上；所述的联锁板和扭簧可转动的套接在转轴上且扭簧的挂脚挂接在联锁板。由于本实用新型的压杆下压，推动推压板向前移动顶住联锁板，联锁板上的通孔将丝杆前端的销钉套住，丝杆无法摇动，从而有效防止了接触器在合闸状态下底盘车被抽出。由于为简单的机械结构，动作可靠、安全性高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种配电用的开关装置，特别是涉及一种中高压开关接触器与底盘车的联锁装置。
背景技术
习用的组合电器为固定式的，体积较大，检修时，需切断总开关，再进行检修，十分不便。为此，业者设计出手车式真空接触器-熔断器组合电器，该手车式真空接触器-熔断器组合电器包含一个具有三个真空灭弧室和一组控制三个真空灭弧室分合闸的控制组件的真空接触器、三个熔断器和一台手车。真空接触器与三个熔断器联接成三相一体装置，并安装在手车上；每一相交流回路由真空接触器的一个真空灭弧室与一个熔断器串联，其两端的导电臂与开关柜中相应的静触臂相连通。这种手车式真空接触器-熔断器组合电器是由多个装有组合电器的手车构成，手车可从开关柜中抽出，为抽屉式结构，它可将一个装有组合电器的手车的抽出，进行检修，检修方便、快捷。由于在抽出装有组合电器的手车时，需先将接触器分闸，为了防止接触器在合闸状态下被抽出，需设计一个接触器与底盘车的联锁装置。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种动作可靠、安全性高的中高压开关接触器与底盘车的联锁装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种中高压开关接触器与底盘车的联锁装置，它主要由底盘车、压杆、推压板、丝杆、联锁板、转轴、扭簧、联锁弹簧组成；所述的推压板由底面和与该底面呈斜向连接的顶靠面构成，底面滑接在底盘车的底板上；所述的与分合闸装置联动的压杆沿垂直方向向下顶压在推压板呈斜向的顶靠面上；所述的联锁弹簧的一端固定在底盘车的底板上，另一端挂接在推压板的内端；所述的丝杆两端可转动的套置在底盘车两端向上竖起的侧板上；所述的联锁板和扭簧可转动的套接在转轴上且扭簧的挂脚挂接在联锁板，所述的联锁板具有三个支脚，第一个支脚前端开设有通孔，该通孔可套接在固定于丝杆一端的销钉上，第二支脚向下延伸，可与推压板外端顶靠，第三支脚可插入丝杆的螺纹槽内，限制丝杆的旋转。
所述的联锁板第一个支脚前端的通孔为方孔。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型包括压杆、推压板、丝杆、联锁板等，当接触器在合闸状态时，压杆下压，推动推压板向前移动顶住联锁板，联锁板上的通孔将丝杆前端的销钉套住，丝杆无法摇动，从而有效防止了接触器在合闸状态下底盘车被抽出。由于本实用新型为简单的机械结构，动作可靠、安全性高。

具体实施方式
如图3参考图2所示，本实用新型是一种中高压开关接触器与底盘车的联锁装置，它主要由底盘车1、压杆2、推压板3、丝杆4、联锁板5、转轴6、扭簧7、联锁弹簧8组成。
所述的推压板3由底面31和与该底面31呈斜向连接的顶靠面32构成，底面31滑接在底盘车1的底板上并被固定在底盘车1底板上的销轴33导向，使得推压板3可在底盘车1底板来回移动；所述的与分合闸装置联动的压杆2(如图1和图2所示)沿垂直方向向下顶压在推压板3呈斜向的顶靠面32上；所述的联锁弹簧8的一端固定在底盘车1的底板上，另一端挂接在推压板3的内端；所述的丝杆4两端可转动的套置在底盘车1两端向上竖起的侧板11、12上。
所述的联锁板5可转动的套接在转轴6上并可围绕转轴6摆动，扭簧7可转动的套接在转轴6上且扭簧7的挂脚挂接在联锁板5上，对联锁板5施一向外转动的侧向力。所述的联锁板5具有三个支脚51、52、53，第一个支脚51前端开设有通孔511，该通孔511可为方孔，该通孔511可套接在固定于丝杆4一端的销钉41上，第二支脚52向下延伸，可与推压板3外端顶靠，第三支脚53可插入丝杆4的螺纹槽内，限制丝杆4的旋转。
本实用新型的工作原理：
1、接触器分闸状态，底盘车1在工作位置或调试位置时，转动丝杆4，联锁板5在扭簧7的作用下逆时针弹开，丝杆4上的销钉41从联锁板5上的方孔511脱出，丝杆4可以自由转动，实现底盘车1的摇进摇出。
2、接触器合闸状态(如图4参考图2所示)，压杆2下压，推动推压板3克服联锁弹簧8力向前移动顶住联锁板5，联锁板5上的方孔511将丝杆4前端的销钉41套住，丝杆4无法摇动，底盘车1无法移动。
