背景技术
国家矿物资源紧张,电量不足,一般的发电机受自然环境限制,使用受限。
实用新型内容
本使用新型的目的是提供一种以空气和水为能源,风机和水泵为动力的叶轮式气水两用发电机组。
为实现上述目的,本使用新型的叶轮式气水两用能动发电机组由动力装置,主轴,轴承,叶轮,叶轮外壳,三角皮带轮、管道组成,叶轮外壳位于机底座上,两个支架之间,轴承支架和机底座固定,叶轮外壳底部前后两面为风或水的进口扁形高压喷嘴、出口,叶轮直径在4米以下;动力装置和进口之间用管道连接,动力装置为风机或水泵。
叶轮式气水两用能动发电机组也可以为大型,直径在4米以上,不包括三角皮带轮,用对轮传递能量。
采用这样的的结构后,由于加装动力装置,本机组以风机或水泵为动力,由于机组加装扁形喷嘴,可以增大风能或水能的速度冲击力,减小流量。

具体实施方式
图1所示的叶轮式气水两用能动发电机组由动力装置16,主轴1,轴承13,叶轮9,叶轮外壳10,三角皮带轮3、管道17组成,叶轮外壳10固定在机底座14上,两个支架15之间,轴承支架2和机底座14固定,叶轮外壳10底部前后两面为风或水的进口11、出口12,进口11为扁形高压喷嘴,动力装置16和进口11之间用管道17连接,进口11为扁型高压喷嘴。
图2给出了叶轮式气水两用能动发电机组的局部剖视图,动力装置16为风机或水泵。
叶轮式气水两用能动发电机组分大型和小型两种,叶轮直径4米以上的为大型发电机组,大型的采用圆锥滚子轴承,没有三角皮带轮3,直接用对轮传送能量。
发电机组工作时,,由于加装动力装置,本机组以风机或水泵为动力,由于机组加装扁形高压喷嘴,可以增大风能或水能的速度冲击力,减小流量。

1、一种叶轮式气水两用能动发电机组,包括叶轮(9),叶轮外壳(10),其特征在于:还包括动力装置(16)、主轴(1)、轴承(13)、管道(17);叶轮外壳(10)固定在机底座(14)上,两个支架(15)之间,轴承支架(2)和机底座(14)固定,叶轮外壳(10)底部前后两面为风或水的进口(11),出口(12);动力装置(16)和进口(11)之间用管道(17)连接。
