本实用新型孕镶PDC钻头由PDC复合片、孕镶金刚石层、胎体、钢芯和接头组成,孕镶金刚石层、胎体和钢芯通过烧结成为钻头体,在钻头体的孕镶金刚石层和胎体上布置有流道,PDC复合片钎焊在孕镶金刚石层中或孕镶金刚石层和胎体中,出露0~PDC复合片直径/3,处于孕表镶状态,且覆盖钻头的冠部轮廓线,接头与钻头体连接。该实用新型孕镶PDC钻头既保持PDC钻头剪切破碎岩石的高机械钻速优点,又利用孕镶结构最大限度地保护了PDC复合片,同时孕镶金刚石层具有犁削功能,增加了钻头的金刚石含量,有效提高了钻头寿命和进尺。

技术领域
本实用新型属于石油、地质钻井用钻头。
背景技术
目前,已有的PDC钻头在适应地层中具有机械钻速快、进尺高、钻压较小、可适用的转速高等优点,在石油和地质钻井中得到了广泛应用,为钻井界带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。但因PDC钻头的PDC复合片较脆易于崩碎,且金刚石只有前表面上的一层,对于硬研磨性地层来讲金刚石含量偏少,引起在这些地层中寿命偏小、进尺偏少。已有的孕镶金刚石钻头采用小颗粒金刚石作为切削元件,因钻头的孕镶金刚石层中都混合有金刚石颗粒,金刚石含量较高,且相对比较均匀,因此寿命较长、进尺较多。但其工作原理为磨削和犁削,机械钻速较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决在硬研磨性地层中已有PDC钻头的进尺偏少和孕镶金刚石钻头机械钻速较低的问题,提供一种具有剪切破碎岩石功能,机械钻速较高,具有孕镶金刚石层,既最大限度地保护PDC复合片,又增大了金刚石含量,为此寿命和进尺较高的钻头。本实用新型的目的就是为提供孕镶PDC钻头。
为实现上述目的,孕镶PDC钻头由PDC复合片、孕镶金刚石层、胎体、钢芯和接头组成,孕镶金刚石层、胎体和钢芯烧结为钻头体,在钻头体的孕镶金刚石层和胎体上布置有流道,PDC复合片钎焊在孕镶金刚石层中或孕镶金刚石层和胎体中,出露0~PDC复合片直径/3,处于孕表镶状态,且覆盖钻头的冠部轮廓线,钻头体与接头相连接。PDC复合片为圆柱形、椭圆柱形、楔柱形、四棱柱形和/或三棱柱形,孕镶金刚石层中孕镶天然金刚石、热稳定人造聚晶金刚石(TSP)、人造金刚石颗粒和/或立方氮化硼(CBN)。
采用这种结构后,新型孕镶PDC钻头钎焊有PDC复合片,具有剪切破碎岩石作用,因此机械钻速较高。且把PDC复合片钎焊在孕镶金刚层中或在孕镶金刚石层和胎体中,孕镶金刚石层能够最大限度地保护PDC复合片,尽可能保证PDC复合片在正常磨损条件下工作,减少了崩碎现象,可以有效提高寿命和进尺。同时,孕镶金刚石层中含有大量的金刚石颗粒,具有犁削作用,增加了钻头的金刚石含量,又进一步提高了钻头的进尺和寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明。
图1所示的孕镶PDC钻头由PDC复合片1、孕镶金刚石层2、胎体3、钢芯4和接头5组成,孕镶金刚石层2、胎体3和钢芯4烧结为钻头体6,在钻头体6的孕镶金刚石层2和胎体3上布置有流道7,PDC复合片1钎焊在孕镶金刚石层2中,出露0~PDC复合片直径/3,处于孕表镶状态,且覆盖钻头的冠部轮廓线,钻头体6与接头5相连接。
图2所示的孕镶PDC钻头与图1所示的孕镶PDC钻头相似,不同的是PDC复合片1钎焊在孕镶金刚石层2和胎体3中,出露0~PDC复合片直径/3,处于孕表镶状态,且覆盖钻头的冠部轮廓线。
PDC复合片1可为圆柱形、椭圆柱形、楔柱形、四棱柱形和/或三棱柱形,孕镶金刚石层2中可孕镶天然金刚石、热稳定人造聚晶金刚石(TSP)、人造金刚石颗粒和/或立方氮化硼(CBN),流道7可以是爪形流道、喷嘴和外流道的组合。
在现场使用时,孕镶PDC钻头的PDC复合片1和孕镶金刚石层2中的金刚石都破碎岩石,因PDC复合片的剪切破碎作用,具有较高的机械钻速。因PDC复合片1处于孕表镶状态,不易出现崩碎现象,其高耐磨性能够得到充分利用,为此具有较高的进尺和寿命。同时,孕镶金刚石层2中的金刚石分担了部分岩石破碎量,减少了PDC复合片的工作量,可以进一步提高钻头的进尺和寿命。流道7将为钻头提供充足的钻井液,使钻头得到良好的清洗和冷却。

1.孕镶PDC钻头由PDC复合片(1)、孕镶金刚石层(2)、胎体(3)、钢芯(4)和接头(5)组成,其特征在于:孕镶金刚石层(2)、胎体(3)和钢芯(4)烧结为钻头体(6),在钻头体(6)的孕镶金刚石层(2)和胎体(3)上布置有流道(7),PDC复合片(1)钎焊在孕镶金刚石层(2)或孕镶金刚石层(2)和胎体(3)中,出露0~PDC复合片直径/3,且覆盖钻头的冠部轮廓线,钻头体(6)与接头(5)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的孕镶PDC钻头,其特征在于:PDC复合片(1)为圆柱形、椭圆柱形、楔柱形、四棱柱形和/或三棱柱形,孕镶金刚石层(2)中孕镶天然金刚石、热稳定人造聚晶金刚石TSP、人造金刚石颗粒和/或立方氮化硼CBN。
