背景技术
目前螺旋横切机的刀辊驱动装置，一般由机架、刀辊、安装在刀辊一端的齿轮箱以及驱动电机组成，采用此结构的驱动装置，结构简单，成本低，但是在实际使用过程中，由于只有一端安装有驱动装置，而刀辊重量较大，工作时，产生的扭转力非常大，刀具在切纸过程时，受力不平衡，一端受力大，另一端受力小，致使刀具的磨损程度也不一致，影响切纸质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使刀辊受力均衡、运行平稳、保证切纸质量的螺旋横切机的刀辊驱动装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种螺旋横切机的刀辊驱动装置，包括机架(1)、刀辊(2)、安装在刀辊(2)侧端的齿轮箱(3)以及驱动电机(4)，其特征在于：所述刀辊(2)的两端分别设有齿轮箱(3)和驱动电机(4)。
本实用新型的积极效果：在刀辊的两端分别设置齿轮箱和驱动电机，螺旋横切机工作时，刀辊分别由设在两端的电机同步驱动，这样，刀辊的两端受力均衡，运行平稳，刀具磨损也一致，保证刀具切纸质量和延长刀具使用寿命。

图2所示为本实用新型的螺旋横切机的刀辊驱动装置，主要由机架1、刀辊2、对称安装在刀辊2两端的齿轮箱3和驱动电机4组成，采用此结构设计，由于两均为有动力同步驱动，因此运行平稳，切纸质量高，刀具磨损小，使用寿命长。
