Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种采油工程的防护装置，具体是一种井口角式防喷阀。其技术方案是：本实用新型包括上密封管、挡板、滚动轴承、侧管、球座、弹簧、侧管丝堵、钢球、阀体，阀体上设有上密封管和侧管，侧管位于阀体外侧的一端设有侧管丝堵，侧管内侧设有球座，球座连接弹簧并固定在侧管丝堵上，侧管内侧的底端铰接一个挡板，挡板的一端设有滚动轴承，钢球位于挡板和球座之间。本实用新型的效果是：加工工艺简单，节约成本，却大大提高了经济效益，解决了生产中的事故隐患，保证了油井生产安全，大大增加了光杆和防喷阀的使用寿命。
Description
一、技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种采油工程的防护装置，具体是一种井口角式防喷阀。
二、背景技术：
目前，传统的角式防喷阀是连接在光杆密封器上方的阀门，目的是防止光杆因意外而断裂时原油的外泄。其工作原理是在侧翼有钢球及弹簧，当意外发生时，钢球由弹簧弹出，封死上出口，达到防止原油外泄的目的。但这种防喷阀在平时应用时，由于弹簧的推理作用，使钢球与光杆之间直接接触，对光杆磨损很大，容易造成光杆表面粗糙，还会对光杆密封器内的盘根起到破坏作用，造成原油的外泄。另外由于摩擦，用于密封的钢球表面也会粗糙不平，在光杆发生断裂脱落后，钢球与密封面不能完整接触，达不到密封作用。
三、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种有效解决光杆与挡板间的滑动问题的井口角式防喷阀。
其技术方案是：本实用新型包括上密封管、挡板、滚动轴承、侧管、球座、弹簧、侧管丝堵、钢球、阀体，阀体上设有上密封管和侧管，侧管位于阀体外侧的一端设有侧管丝堵，侧管内侧设有球座，球座连接弹簧并固定在侧管丝堵上，侧管内侧的底端铰接一个挡板，挡板的一端设有滚动轴承，钢球位于挡板和球座之间。

参照附图，本实用新型包括上密封管1、挡板9、滚动轴承2、侧管3、球座4、弹簧5、侧管丝堵6、钢球7、阀体8，阀体8上设有上密封管1和侧管3，侧管3位于阀体8外侧的一端设有侧管丝堵6，侧管3内侧设有球座4，球座4连接弹簧5并固定在侧管丝堵6上，侧管3内侧的底端铰接一个挡板9，挡板9的一端设有滚动轴承2，钢球7位于挡板9和球座4之间。
