Abstract

一种复合水凝快装式沼气发生器,在沼气发生器壳体顶部制有出气口底座,在其上装有出气管,顶部一侧制有进料口,在另一侧制有水压箱,在沼气发生器壳体底部制有底座。制造方法是以硅酸盐水泥、混凝土早强剂、聚丙烯纤维、硅灰、河砂、早强减水剂、砂浆强塑剂、三乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠、FW型防水剂、水等材料配制混凝土和水泥砂浆,在胎具上铺装塑料薄膜、玻璃丝过胶网格布,钢线骨架网并分层涂抹水泥砂浆和混凝土,在常温下养护10~20小时脱模。采用椭球容积,埋置深度浅,发酵底面积大,没用发酵盲区,池体密封好,无活动盖,便于操作。成型产品工厂化生产,安装方便。池体成本低,价格低廉。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气体发生装置,具体说涉及一种沼气发生器。
背景技术
在对有机物分解时产生可选用的能源的气体,这种气体因其获得方式的缘故常被称为沼气。沼气的一个重要组成成分就是甲烷,它是由有机物或植物或其二代产品通过腐烂或分解而产生的。根据现有技术,为此采用一级或两级的发酵方法,其中借助厌氧发酵而由有机物获得了甲烷含量占20%~60%的沼气,沼气的其余成分由25%~55%的二氧化碳气及更少的氮气、硫化氢气和其它成分组成。
目前广泛使用的沼气发生装置主要有:水月式沼气池,拱顶贮气箱一般在地表面以下3m左右,池深为2m,产气率为0.2立方米/日·立方米液。主要有以下缺点:拱形贮气箱保气性能差,是由于水化物质与二氧化碳反应生成碳酸钙、硅酸铝胶和游离水。沼气池标准图集90SS-1中的设计方案建造的沼气池采用砖混结构,并且由多个处理池组成。大型处理装置不适于家庭或小范围使用,即使在城市垃圾处理场建设这种装置,也因为沼气池的结构、施工、工艺、使用、管理等方面的诸多问题,致使95%以上的沼气池使用1~2年后开始严重渗漏,严重污染地下饮用水源和城市地下供水管道。而且这种沼气池现场施工的时间长,劳动强度大、成本高。
除常见的砖混结构的沼气池外,也有以玻璃钢加工制做的沼气发生器,这种沼气发生器制做工艺复杂而且成本高。
发明内容
针对现有沼气发生器存在的问题,本实用新型提出一种成本低、施工期短、无发酵盲区的沼气发生器。
完成上述发明目的所采取的具体技术措施是:一种复合水凝快装式沼气发生器,其特征在于:在沼气发生器壳体(1)顶部制有出气口底座(2),在出气口底座(2)装有出气管(3),在沼气发生器壳体(1)顶部一侧制有进料口壳体(4),在另一侧制有水压箱(5),在沼气发生器壳体(1)底部制有底座(6)。
本实用新型的有益效果:采用椭球容积,埋置深度浅,发酵底面积大,使干粪料循环,没用发酵盲区,产气量大,池体密封好,无活动盖,减少了操作程序,便于操作。成型产品、工厂化生产,安装方便。池体成本低,价格低廉。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本实用新型的结构及使用方法。
制作容积8立方米的沼气发生器,结构是:在沼气发生器壳体1顶部制有出气口底座2,在出气口底座2装有直径15cm出气管3,在沼气发生器壳体1顶部一侧制有直径43cm的进料口壳体4,在另一侧制有直径113cm水压箱5,进料口壳体4和水压箱5在壳体内的管长度以达到装料体积液面以下为适宜,由于深入料液内,对上口有密封作用,故可省去活动盖。在沼气发生器壳体1底部制有底座6,池体增加底座,提高了池体的稳固性和耐压性。
发生器壳体、进料口壳体、水压箱壳体分别按下述工艺方法制造:
按照下述配方调制混凝土:
52.5#以上硅酸盐水泥                100kg
混凝土早强剂  四方JZ型超早强剂     2.1kg

按照下述配方调制水泥砂浆:
52.5#以上硅酸盐水泥  四方JZ型超早强剂   100kg

(1)在胎具上铺上一层塑料薄膜。
(2)铺上一层玻璃丝过胶网格布。
(3)抹上一层3~4mm厚的配制好的水泥砂浆。
(4)再铺上一层玻璃丝过胶网格布。
(5)抹上一层4~5mm厚的配制好的水泥砂浆。
(6)铺上一层玻璃丝过胶网格布。
(7)抹上一层7~9mm厚的配制好的混凝土。
(8)铺上一层10#钢线编制好的骨架网。
(9)铺上一层玻璃丝过胶网格布。
(10)抹上一层4~5mm厚的配制好的水泥砂浆。
(11)抹上1~2mm厚水泥砂浆。
(12)在常温下养护10~20小时。
(13)脱模。
(14)组装:将进料口壳体、水压箱壳体装入发生器壳体,接口处用水泥砂浆密封。
水凝复合快装式沼气发生器安装埋地后,使用方法:
将预处理的原料和准备好的接种物混合在一起投入池内,料液干物质含量控制在4%~6%。8m3沼气池需投鲜粪2700~3200kg。
原料和接种物入池后,要及时加水封池,以料液量约占沼气池总容积的80%~90%为宜。
水凝复合快装式沼气发生器采用水压式自旋流液搅拌技术,利用沼气产气动力和动态连续发酵工艺,也就是利用原料连续不断的发酵时产生的动力和水压箱所产高位差压力,所产生的沼气上升,沼渣下降,实现了自动循环、自动搅拌等高效运动状态;而且池体采用椭圆形,均属有效容积,发酵底面积大,没有发酵盲区,比同体积的其他类型的沼气池产气量大了许多。
沼气发酵启动初期,通常不能点燃,因此,当沼气压力指针指向2以上时,应当放气试火,如不能点燃,应将池内气体放完,压力表指针归0时关上阀门。这样连续放气试火,直到点燃为止。所产沼气可正常燃烧使用时,沼气发酵启动阶段即告完成。
沼气池运行一段时间后,所产生的沼渣、沼液通过水压箱清除,所需原料通过进料口流入。
