本实用新型提供了一种能长时间不间断工作,工作效率高的秸秆压块机。它主要由传动机构、模盘、压轮及轴承座组成,模盘上开有出料口,该模盘的外圆周面由电热丝面板构成,所述模盘的内腔为中空状,其底部连接有冷却介质进料口和出料口,通过上述进、出料口结构,在模盘内腔中注入冷却介质并实现其循环,使其在不断循环中带走出料口的热量,使出料口始终保持正常的工作温度,实现恒温,保证了秸秆压块机的长时间运转。

本实用新型涉及一种秸秆压块机,特别涉及一种工作效率较高的秸秆压块机。
背景技术
中国专利ZL200720025179.1公开了上述这种秸秆压块机,这种秸秆压块机针对传统压块机功耗大、维护困难而作出的改进。其采用垂直于模盘的压轮作压缩装置,结构简单、体积更小、便于维护。但在这种秸秆压块机中,由于全程的机械摩擦,导致模盘上的出料口的温度逐渐升高,高温造成秸秆难以成型,因此这种结构的秸秆压块机无法长时间运转。
实用新型内容
本实用新型能解决的技术问题是提供一种能长时间运转的秸秆压块机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种秸秆压块机,它主要由底座、传动机构、模盘、压轮及轴承座组成,所述压轮通过压轮轴与轴承座连接,所述模盘位于轴承座下方,且其外圆周面由电热丝面板构成,模盘上设有导向装置,在所述导向装置上开有出料口,其创新点在于:所述模盘的内腔为中空状,在所模盘底部连接有冷却介质进料管和出料管。
本实用新型的优点在于:通过模盘内腔中的冷却介质吸收模盘上出料口的热量,降低出料口的温度,实现恒温,保证了秸秆压块机的长时间稳定运行。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,秸秆压块机的底座5上装有模盘1,轴承座2重叠在模盘1上,底座5内部有传动机构7与轴承座2连接,压轮4通过压轮轴3与轴承座2连接。所述模盘1外圆周表面由电热丝面板6构成,模盘1上设有导向装置12,在所述导向装置12上等距离分布若干出料口11。如图2所示,模盘1的内腔8为中空状,在其底部连接有冷却介质进料管9和出料管10,通过进料管9和出料管10向模盘内腔输冷却介质,在所述模盘1的内腔8中充有循环流动的冷却介质后,流动的冷却介质带走出料口11的热量,采用这种结构,可使模盘1上的出料口11始终保持正常的工作温度,实现恒温,保证了秸秆压块机的长时间稳定运行。

1.一种秸秆压块机,它主要由底座(5)、传动机构(7)、模盘(1)、轴承座(2)及压轮(4)组成,所述压轮(4)通过压轮轴(3)与轴承座(2)连接,所述模盘(1)位于轴承座(2)下方,且其外圆周面由电热丝面板(6)构成,模盘(1)上设有导向装置(12),在所述导向装置上开有出料口(11),其特征在于:所述模盘(1)的内腔(8)为中空状,在所述模盘(1)底部连接有冷却介质进料管(9)和出料管(10)。
