背景技术
目前公知的B型保健枕芯都以高弹海绵为主要原材料，这类枕头虽然弹性较好，但透气性非常差，易受潮发霉，又因海绵缓慢挥发刺激性气体，长期使用对人体呼吸系统有危害，并且不耐用。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有海绵枕芯的不足，提供一种弹性好耐用的“B”型高弹保健枕芯。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：它是一个断面为B字型的聚酯纤维加工而成的枕芯，其特征是，枕芯内部结构分为三层，即面层、芯层和底层，面层和底层均为以平行铺网方式形成的聚酯纤维平网层；芯层为以直立铺网方式形成的聚酯纤维立网层。
本实用新型优点是：1、采用环保型的聚酯纤维为材料，透气性强、软硬舒适，不发霉、无异味；2、平网层和立网层相结合的结构设计，即保证了表面整体强度和成形状态，内部又具有所需的弹性，经久耐用，弹性不变。
