Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种仿真壁炉的反光组件,其包括转轴和反光条,反光条上设置有复数片反光片;上述反光条上沿其长度方向开设有复数个穿孔,上述转轴依次穿过上述各穿孔。采用上述方案后,本实用新型的反光组件,转轴无需开孔,只需简单的直圆棒即可,将转轴依次穿过反光条上的穿孔便可得到反光组件。与现有技术相比,不仅制作方便,而且反光条与转轴之间可活动装卸,从而可根据需要更换反光条。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种仿真壁炉,具体是仿真壁炉的反光组件。
背景技术
仿真壁炉用于酒店、家庭、公共场所等地方,起着装饰作用。它包括壳体及设于壳体内的火焰模拟装置,所述火焰模拟装置包括光源、反光组件、电机、设有火焰状透光区域的滤光板及成像屏,电机带动反光组件转动,光源发出的光线通过转动的反光组件反光折射至滤光板,光线穿过滤光板上设有火焰状透光区域,最后由成像屏成像,得到仿真的火焰。
传统的仿真壁炉的反光组件,如图1所示,包括转轴和叠合在一起的两条反光条,两条反光条上沿其长度方向相对应地设置有复数片反光片,转轴上沿其长度方向开设有条形孔,两条相叠合的反光条插入此条形孔内,然后将转轴扭转至螺旋状,从而将两条反光条固定于转轴的条形孔内,最后将两条反光条上的各对应反光片翻折分开即得到反光组件。这种反光组件,制作较麻烦,而且转轴一旦扭转后就无法再还原,从而也无法更换反光条。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制作方便而且可方便更换反光条的仿真壁炉的反光组件。
本实用新型为了实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:一种仿真壁炉的反光组件,包括转轴和反光条,反光条上设置有复数片反光片;上述反光条上沿其长度方向开设有复数个穿孔,上述转轴依次穿过上述各穿孔。
上述各穿孔分别开设于上述反光条长度方向的中轴线上。
上述相邻反光片之间的横向两端呈分离状,只通过中部的连接区连接在一起。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型的反光组件,转轴无需开孔,只需简单的直圆棒即可,将转轴依次穿过反光条上的穿孔便可得到反光组件。与现有技术相比,不仅制作方便,而且反光条与转轴之间可活动装卸,从而可根据需要更换反光条。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种仿真壁炉的反光组件,如图2、图3所示,包括转轴1和反光条2,反光条2沿其长度方向设有复数片反光片21,相邻反光片21之间的横向两端呈分离状,只通过中部的连接区22连接在一起,各反光片21的横向中部分别开设有穿孔211,各穿孔211依次分布于反光条2长度方向的中轴线上,转轴1依次穿过各穿孔211,将反光条2活过穿设于转轴1上。为了防止反光条2从转轴1上脱落下来,可将反光条2长度方向的两端与转轴1之间通过系绳进行捆扎。
本实用新型的反光组件,转轴无需开孔,只需简单的直圆棒即可,将转轴依次穿过反光条上的穿孔便可得到反光组件。与现有技术相比,不仅制作方便,而且反光条与转轴之间可活动装卸,从而可根据需要更换反光条。
上述实施方式为本实用新型的一种优选方案,其他基于本实用新型权利要求及其一般性扩展的技术方案,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

1、一种仿真壁炉的反光组件,包括转轴和反光条,反光条上设置有复数片反光片;其特征在于:上述反光条上沿其长度方向开设有复数个穿孔,上述转轴依次穿过上述各穿孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种仿真壁炉的反光组件,其特征在于:上述各穿孔分别开设于上述反光条长度方向的中轴线上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种仿真壁炉的反光组件,其特征在于:上述相邻反光片之间的横向两端呈分离状,只通过中部的连接区连接在一起。
