(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铝塑分离用装置,特别涉及一种铝塑碎解分选机。
(二)背景技术
许多的回收部门,拒绝铝塑制品,因为铝塑制品的回收困难,目前很少有机械化的分离设备,一些小作坊进行铝塑分离,不仅成本高,而且分离不彻底,劳动强度大,所以一些回收站宁愿不要铝塑制品也不对其进行回收,有效小作坊进行的铝塑分离过程包括铝塑碎解破碎都是人工完成,不仅工作量大,影响工人的身心健康,而且分解破碎不彻底。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种高效安全的铝塑碎解分选机。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种铝塑碎解分选机,包括用箱体、设置在箱体上端的入口、设置在箱体下端的出口、设置在箱体上面的筛网、变频电机、变频电机带动的转子,其特征在于:所述的转子上设置有转子钉。
本实用新型更优的技术方案是:所述的转子钉为羊角钉,羊角钉螺旋布置,且螺距渐变,所述的转子有一个以上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:主要用于铝塑复合材料经反应脱离后的分选,使塑料膜与铝箔彻底分离,回收的塑料可以生产成塑料颗粒,再生颗粒用途很广,铝箔也可以再生利用,该机具有结构简单、节能、无噪音、维修方便、铝塑分选彻底之特点。材质采用优质不銹鋼制成,耐腐蚀。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括用箱体4、设置在箱体4上端的入口1、设置在箱体4下端的出口5、设置在箱体4上面的筛网3、变频电机、变频电机带动的转子6,所述的转子6上设置有转子钉2。所述的转子钉2为羊角钉,羊角钉螺旋布置,且螺距渐变,所述的转子有一个以上。转子转动时,将塑料膜与铝箔分离,铝箔逐渐成小铝片或铝颗粒状,在高压喷水的作用下,从筛网下部漏出,带有部分铝箔的塑料膜在螺旋的作用下继续向前推进,继续分离,直至分离干净后从出口排出。用户可根据产量大小,分离塑料膜干净度,可多段串联使用,也可调节电动机转速。

1.一种铝塑碎解分选机,包括用箱体(4)、设置在箱体(4)上端的入口(1)、设置在箱体(4)下端的出口(5)、设置在箱体(4)上面的筛网(3)、变频电机、变频电机带动的转子(6),其特征在于:所述的转子(6)上设置有转子钉(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑碎解分选机,其特征在于:所述的转子钉(2)为羊角钉,羊角钉螺旋布置,且螺距渐变,所述的转子(6)有一个以上。
