本发明创造是飞机装配中用于扩孔的辅助设备。
背景技术:
飞机在装配过程中经常会出现构件叠加使总厚度增大,并在其上钻孔后再扩孔,不能将构件移到设备上,只能手工钻孔后再手工扩孔,因此会出现孔轴与构件表面不垂直,影响螺栓安装质量。
发明内容:
本发明创造的目的是提供一种能提高螺栓安装质量的垂直扩孔套;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:垂直扩孔套,其特征在于由扩孔定位套和扩孔导向套组成,扩孔定位套外径大于扩孔导向套外径,扩孔定位套和扩孔导向套内孔径相同,扩孔定位套安装在扩孔导向套的一端。
本发明创造的优点:使用垂直扩孔套是将垂直扩孔套套装在扩孔钻切削刀体的外面,扩孔时将扩孔定位套端面与构件表面接触,提高了扩孔钻切削刀体与构件的垂直度,从而提高了螺栓安装质量。

具体实施方式:
垂直扩孔套,其特征在于由扩孔定位套和扩孔导向套组成,扩孔定位套外径大于扩孔导向套外径,扩孔定位套和扩孔导向套内孔径相同,扩孔定位套安装在扩孔导向套的一端。
扩孔定位套和扩孔导向套用焊接连接,也可以制成一体结构,扩孔定位套和扩孔导向套相同的内孔径要与扩孔钻切削刀体直径配合。扩孔导向套长度长、内孔径精度高和扩孔定位套端面面积大都有助提高扩孔垂直度。
