调节阀,它包括阀体,内腔隔板,孔,垫,上阀盖,下阀盖,槽,阀芯,动力装置,所述的阀芯与下阀盖之间设有衬套,阀芯与内腔隔板之间设有阀座,阀座固定在内腔隔板上,上阀盖与上阀盖部件连接,上阀盖部件内设有弹簧、衬垫和填料,填料上设有填料压盖,填料压盖与上阀盖部件通过双头螺栓和螺母连接,阀杆穿过填料压盖、上阀盖部件和上阀盖通过销与阀芯连接固定。
本实用新型是在现有装置的基础上进行了改进,所述的阀芯与下阀盖之间设有衬套,这样零部件磨损小;阀芯与内腔隔板之间设有阀座,阀座固定在内腔隔板上,上阀盖与上阀盖部件连接,上阀盖部件内设有弹簧、衬垫和填料,填料上设有填料压盖,填料压盖与上阀盖部件通过双头螺栓和螺母连接,阀杆穿过填料压盖、上阀盖部件和上阀盖通过销与阀芯连接固定,它密封效果好。

如图1所示,调节阀,阀体1内部设有内腔隔板2,内腔隔板2开有孔3,阀座4通过孔3与内腔隔板2固定,阀体1与上阀盖5、下阀盖22连接,上阀盖5与阀体1之间设有垫16,下阀盖22与阀体1之间设有垫21,上阀盖5设有孔6,下阀盖22设有槽20,阀芯18穿过孔6、阀座4和槽20,阀芯18与下阀盖22之间设有衬套19,上阀盖5与上阀盖部件7连接,上阀盖部件7内设有弹簧8、衬垫9和填料10,填料10上设有填料压盖11,填料压盖11与上阀盖部件7通过双头螺栓14和螺母13连接固定,阀杆15穿过填料压盖11、上阀盖部件7和上阀盖5通过销17与阀芯18连接固定,阀杆15的一端与动力装置12连接;使用本实用新型,它安装空间小,零部件磨损小,密封效果好。
