技术领域
本实用新型涉及到履带式扒碴机挖斗，尤其涉及矿山和隧道中都可使用的多功能履带式扒碴机挖斗。
背景技术
传统的履带式扒碴机挖斗，是由耳座、斗体、齿爪构成，其中齿爪与齿爪相互间隔设置，且爪齿与爪齿之间的间隔距离较大，它虽然适合于干性或半干性物料的挖取作业，但不能满足矿山和隧道中具有倾斜作业面上的粉状或浆性物料的挖取。
实用新型内容
针对现有扒碴机挖斗不能满足矿山和隧道中具有倾斜作业面上的粉状或浆性物料的挖取所存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种既能用于干性或半干性物料的挖取，又能满足粉状或浆性物料的挖取的多功能扒碴机挖斗。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：所述多功能扒碴机挖斗包括耳座、斗体和爪齿，所述斗体通过耳座与扒碴机的悬臂相连，所述爪齿上包覆具有爪齿形状的爪套，所述爪套与斗体活动相连接。
本实用新型由于采用可快速拆卸的爪套包覆在所有相互间隔的齿爪外表面上，填充了齿爪与齿爪之间存在的间隔，使得被挖取的粉状或浆性物料能顺着爪套表面流进斗体内，卸去爪套，扒碴机挖斗又能完成干性或半干性物料的挖取作业任务。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中，所述多功能扒碴机挖斗由耳座1、斗体2、螺栓3、爪齿5和爪套4组成，所述耳座1左端与斗体2固定相连，所述耳座1右端与扒碴机的悬臂(图中未画出)相连，所述斗体2前端设置有五只爪齿5，所述爪齿与爪齿之间存在有间隔，其间隔一般为爪齿宽度两倍以上，在所述全部爪齿外表面上包覆有内表面和外表面形状与爪齿形状相吻合对应的用刚性材料制造的整体结构的爪套4，所述爪套与斗体用螺栓3活动相连接，所述爪套相当于一个大的爪齿，既能挖取粉状或浆性物料，又能将挖取的粉状或浆性物料流入斗体内。当然所述爪套4也可根据斗体工作宽度大小和其上的爪齿数量多少由两部份或两部份以上分体组合形成整体形爪套。拆除爪套，挖斗又可用于干性或半干性物料的挖取。

1、多功能扒碴机挖斗，它包括耳座(1)、斗体(2)和爪齿(5)，所述斗体(2)通过耳座与扒碴机的悬臂相连，其特征是：所述爪齿(5)上包覆具有爪齿形状的爪套(4)，所述爪套与斗体活动相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能扒碴机挖斗，其特征是：所述爪套(4)与斗体(2)用螺栓(3)固定连接。
