背景技术:
搅拌槽是工业领域中常用的一种设备,因搅拌槽内物料的不同搅拌槽内转轴的受力大小也存在明显差异,现有的搅拌槽多采用电机直接带动转轴转动,对转轴下端未进行固定,这样当转轴搅拌的在物料过绸或物料过重时,转轴极易出现偏摆或偏移现象,长时间回使转轴弯曲,影响搅拌槽的正常工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可防止转轴偏移、且维护方便的搅拌槽的转轴支撑座,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:它包括搅拌槽的转轴和支承转轴的支架,在转轴的下端加工有轴头,在轴头上连接有滑动轴承内瓦圈;在支架上连接有法兰轴承座,在法兰轴承座上连接有两块滑动轴承半瓦套;滑动轴承内瓦圈的下段套接在两块滑动轴承半瓦套内。
法兰轴承座与滑动轴承半瓦套之间通过螺栓连接。
轴头与滑动轴承内瓦圈之间通过螺栓连接。
现有技术相比,本实用新型通过在轴头上连接滑动轴承内瓦圈;在支架上连接法兰轴承座,在法兰轴承座上连接两块滑动轴承半瓦套;并将滑动轴承内瓦圈的下段套接在两块滑动轴承半瓦套内,这样在搅拌器旋转时,相互套接的滑动轴承内瓦圈和滑动轴承半瓦套内就可有效控制搅拌器下端的偏移及摆动。法兰轴承座与滑动轴承半瓦套之间通过螺栓连接;轴头与滑动轴承内瓦圈之间通过螺栓连接,上述两者之间均采用螺栓连接是因滑动轴承的内瓦圈及半瓦套相互间是靠滑动摩擦来工作的;为方便磨损后更换,采用螺栓固定是最方便的选择,同时本实用新型还具有结构简单、维护方便等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:如图1和图2所示,在搅拌槽的槽低焊接支架2,支架2由3块筋板呈三角形布置构成,在三块筋板的上端焊接一个法兰轴承座5,在法兰支撑座5上加工固定有滑动轴承半瓦套6的螺孔;将两块滑动轴承半瓦套6放在法兰轴承座5内并用螺栓固定;同时在在转轴1的下端加工出轴头3,在轴头3上套接一个滑动轴承内瓦圈4,滑动轴承内瓦圈4的下段套接在两块滑动轴承半瓦套6内,轴头3与滑动轴承内瓦圈4用螺栓挤压固定;在更换滑动轴承内瓦圈4和滑动轴承半瓦套6时,先松开连接法兰轴承座5与滑动轴承半瓦套6的螺母,将两块滑动轴承半瓦套6取出,然后松开连接轴头3与滑动轴承内瓦圈4的螺栓,将滑动轴承内瓦圈4取下即可。

1.一种搅拌槽的转轴支撑座,它包括搅拌槽的转轴(1)和支承转轴(1)的支架(2),其特征在于:在转轴(1)的下端加工有轴头(3),在轴头(3)上连接有滑动轴承内瓦圈(4);在支架(2)上连接有法兰轴承座(5),在法兰轴承座(5)上连接有两块滑动轴承半瓦套(6);滑动轴承内瓦圈(4)的下段套接在两块滑动轴承半瓦套(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌槽的转轴支撑座,其特征在于:法兰轴承座(5)与滑动轴承半瓦套(6)之间通过螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌槽的转轴支撑座,其特征在于:轴头(3)与滑动轴承内瓦圈(4)之间通过螺栓连接。
