USB operated type environment-friendly electronic cigarette as claimed in claim 1 or 2, it is characterized in that: control circuit board (411) comprises the controller chip IC1 as kernel control chip (49), the 1st pin of controller chip IC1 respectively with an end of capacitor C 1, one end of resistance R 7, one end of resistance R 1, the colelctor electrode of triode Q1 connects, the other end of resistance R 7 is connected with the VCC terminal, the emitter stage of triode Q1 respectively with an end of resistance R 5, the 4th pin of controller chip IC1 connects, the other end of resistance R 1 respectively with the base stage of triode Q1, one end of resistance R 2 connects, the other end of resistance R 2 respectively with the K terminal, one end of resistance R 4 connects, the other end of the other end of resistance R 4 and resistance R 5, the GND terminal, the HEATER-terminal connects, the 2nd pin of controller chip IC1 is connected with an end of resistance R 3, the other end of resistance R 3 is connected with the K terminal, the 3rd pin of controller chip IC1 respectively with the HEATER+ terminal, one end of resistance R 6 connects, the other end of resistance R 6 is connected with the GND terminal, the 5th pin of controller chip IC1 is connected by the positive pole of LE terminal and LED lamp D1, the negative pole of LED lamp D1 is connected with an end of resistance R 8, the other end of resistance R 8 is connected with the GND terminal, the 6th pin of controller chip IC1 is connected with the grid of MOS FET Q2, the source electrode of MOSFET Q2 is connected with the HEATER+ terminal, drain electrode is connected with power supply VCC, the 7th pin of microarray biochip is connected with the S terminal, the 8th pin of controller chip ICI respectively with the other end of capacitor C 1, the GND terminal connects, the HEATER-terminal is connected with heater H EATER negative pole, the HEATER+ terminal is connected with heater H EATER is anodal, and switch S 1 is connected between K terminal and the S terminal.
