本实用新型涉及一种清洁装置，特别涉及一种玻璃基板输送车自动清洁装置。
背景技术
TFT-LCD玻璃基板，在运输加工过程中难免遇到设备故障造成板子断裂现象，输送车的橡胶夹块经常会残留一些碎玻璃，如果这些碎玻璃不及时清理则会对后续运送的玻璃基板造成损坏。此发明实施之前采用的是人工清洁方式，每个小时人工手动将传送带的24个小车的橡胶夹块逐个清理，清理一次需要24分钟，费时费力，且清理下来的碎玻璃落到地面上，对洁净间卫生及玻璃基板质量会带来不利影响。因此急需发明一种自动清洁装置取代人工清理同时做到自动除尘，使玻璃基板生产线连续正产运转。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种玻璃基板输送车自动清洁装置，该装置结构简单，操作方便、可靠实用，维修方便，提高工作效率。
为了达到以上目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括玻璃基板输送小车，旋转电机固定基架，玻璃基板输送小车上连接有小车橡胶夹块，旋转电机固定基架上连接旋转电机；旋转电机上连接清洁刷；旋转电机固定基架上设置升降气缸，升降气缸控制基架上升和下降的动作。
所述的旋转电机是三个。
所述的旋转电机固定基架下方设置收集盒，收集盒内设置碎玻璃过滤板，收集盒侧面连接真空除尘管道。
采用本实用新型结构彻底解决了玻璃基板输送车的橡胶夹块残留玻璃的问题，同时也解决了人工清理橡胶夹块带来的玻璃粉污染环境的问题，给工作带来了方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示，包括玻璃基板输送小车1，旋转电机固定基架5，玻璃基板输送小车1上连接有小车橡胶夹块2，旋转电机固定基架5上连接三个旋转电机4；旋转电机4上连接清洁刷3；旋转电机固定基架5上设置升降气缸7，升降气缸7控制基架5上升和下降的动作。开夹气缸8固定在传送带支架上。
所述的旋转电机固定基架5下方设置收集盒6，收集盒6内设置碎玻璃过滤板9，收集盒6侧面连接真空除尘管道10。
在使用过程中，输送小车运行到清洁工位光电感应控制开夹气缸将小车夹头打开，基板玻璃输送小车夹头打开后清洁刷自动上升到橡胶夹块位置，清洁刷接收到开始工作指令后在旋转电机带动下转动，开始清洁玻璃碎块，清洁掉落的玻璃碎块被碎玻璃过滤板过滤，玻璃粉尘则由真空除尘系统排走，碎玻璃收集盒内收集到的玻璃碎片由操作人员一周清理一次。

1、玻璃基板小车自动清洁装置，包括玻璃基板输送小车(1)，旋转电机固定基架(5)，玻璃基板输送小车(1)上连接有小车橡胶夹块(2)，其特征在于，旋转电机固定基架(5)上连接旋转电机(4)；旋转电机(4)上连接清洁刷(3)；旋转电机固定基架(5)上设置升降气缸(7)，升降气缸(7)控制基架(5)上升和下降的动作。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板小车自动清洁装置，其特征在于，所述的旋转电机(4)是三个。
3、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板小车自动清洁装置，其特征在于，所述的旋转电机固定基架(5)下方设置收集盒(6)，收集盒(6)内设置碎玻璃过滤板(9)，收集盒(6)侧面连接真空除尘管道(10)。
