背景技术
普通LED显示屏的箱体框架都是整体框架，施工时在现场进行搭建，将显示屏箱体分别镶嵌在框架内，形成显示屏整体。这种整体式框架结构占用空间大，使用外带工具多，施工速度慢。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在箱体框架上设置连接装置，从而能够提高安装速度、实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，其特征是包括一个方形框架，框架顶部外侧面上设置有连接销，在框架底部设置有与所述连接销相匹配的连接孔和连接插销，在框架左侧面和右侧面分别设置有相匹配的锁舌和锁扣。
在框架顶部外侧面和框架左右侧的外侧面上设置有顶位销。
所述框架的侧面由两根方管组成，所述方管的端部通过板肋连接件进行连接。
所述的定位销、连接插销、连接孔、连接锁扣都设置在框架端部的板肋连接件上。
本实用新型的效果是：实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，在框架顶部外侧面上设置有连接销，在框架底部设置有与所述连接销相匹配的连接孔和连接插销，在框架左侧面和右侧面分别设置有相匹配的锁舌和锁扣。采用方型框架并配合定位销、定位孔，连接销、连接孔及连接插销，锁扣等部件，能够提高安装速度、实现快速安装。

具体实施方式
附图中，实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，包括一个方形框架，框架顶部外侧面上设置有连接销16，在框架底部设置有与连接销相匹配的连接孔3和连接插销5，在框架左侧面和右侧面分别设置有相匹配的锁舌19和锁扣20，在框架顶部外侧面和框架左右侧的外侧面上设置有顶位销17。框架的侧面由两根方管7组成，方管7的端部通过板肋连接件12进行连接。定位销、连接插销、连接孔、连接锁扣都设置在框架端部的板肋连接件上。
连接销、连接孔及连接插销配合使用可以有效的使上下箱体连接在一起并保持一定的预紧力；定位销及定位孔的配合可以有效的使两个箱体在上下及左右方向很好的贴合；连接锁扣配合可以有效的使左右紧密贴合
左右连接：通过定位销及定位孔将箱体之间很好的贴合，然后通过连接锁扣使两者之间有很紧的连接状态。
上下连接：通过上下之间的定位销及定位孔，使上下箱体能够很好的贴合在一起，同时连接销插入连接空中，连接插销使得上下箱体紧密连接在一起。

1、实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，其特征是包括一个方形框架，框架顶部外侧面上设置有连接销，在框架底部设置有与所述连接销相匹配的连接孔和连接插销，在框架左侧面和右侧面分别设置有相匹配的锁舌和锁扣。
2、根据权利要求1所述的实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，其特征是在框架顶部外侧面和框架左右侧的外侧面上设置有顶位销。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，其特征是所述框架的侧面由两根方管组成，所述方管的端部通过板肋连接件进行连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的实现快速安装的LED显示屏箱体框架单元结构，其特征是所述的定位销、连接插销、连接孔、连接锁扣都设置在框架端部的板肋连接件上。
