技术领域
本实用新型涉及数控机床转台,尤其涉及一种直驱式双轴精密转台。
背景技术
传统的数控转台多用蜗轮蜗杆通过伺服电机来驱动,蜗轮蜗杆传动有精度无力量,有力量无精度,反向间隙无法克服。主要表现在:(1)由于传动链中的间隙和蜗轮蜗杆摩擦较大,带来的磨损也比较大,从而使得回转速度、传动精度受到很大影响。(2)蜗轮蜗杆传动效率较低,转动速度受到很大限制,通常均在3000rpm以下。(3)蜗轮蜗杆或联轴器均不可避免的存在一定的间隙,特别是反复高频时的正反向转动中就有很大影响。(4)蜗轮蜗杆传动由于传动路径较长,弹性变形也会影响传动精度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种直驱式双轴精密转台,结构简单、工作台传动精度高,速度快;机床运动轴具有较高的动态性能、调节特性,以及定位精度和重复定位精度,能为加工模具自由曲面提供了最佳条件。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种直驱式双轴精密转台,它包括连接在机床上的A轴力矩电机、C轴架,所述A轴力矩电机的主轴可作A轴转动,C轴架4连接到A轴力矩电机的主轴上;C轴架上安装有C轴力矩电机,C轴力矩电机的主轴上设置有工作台。
以下对上述技术方案进行进一步的说明:
所述A轴力矩电机的主轴上连接固定有连接法兰,连接法兰与C轴架4之间通过胀紧套固定连接。
所述工作台通过螺钉固定在C轴力矩电机的主轴上。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、本实用新型的直驱式双轴精密转台,采用双力矩电机传动,使得机床的所有运动轴具有较高的动态性能和调节特性,从而为高速度、高精度和高表面质量的加工模具自由曲面提供了最佳条件;为机械制造业提供了一种崭新的、高精度、高效的电机驱动转台解决方案。
2、本实用新型的直驱式双轴精密转台,其力矩电机传动路线短,工作台与转子直接相联,由转子直联的高分辨率编码器产生的信号,直接作用于工作台,因此,工作台传动精度较高;并且,力矩电机所能达到的角加速度要比传统的蜗轮蜗杆传动高达6倍;力矩电机可达到极高的静态和动态负载刚性,从而提高了回转轴和摆动轴的定位精度和重复定位精度。
3、本实用新型的直驱式双轴精密转台,优选采用胀紧联接方式,与一般的过盈联接、单键联接、销联接相比,具有许多独特的优点:(1)胀紧联接使得主机零件制造和安装简单。安装胀紧套的孔和轴没过盈配合联接那样要求加工高精度的制造公差。胀紧套联接调整方便,可以将轮毂在轴上方便地调整到所需位置。(2)胀紧套的使用寿命长,强度高。依靠摩擦传动对被联接体设有键槽削弱现象,无相对运动,工作中不会产生摩擦。(3)胀紧套在超载时,将失去联接作用,可以保护设备不受损害,胀紧套联接可以承受多种负荷。(4)胀紧套拆卸方便且具有良好的互换性。由于胀紧套能把配合间隙较大的轴毂结合起来,拆卸时将螺栓松开即可将被联接体分开。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1所示,一种直驱式双轴精密转台,它包括A轴力矩电机1、C轴架4、C轴力矩电机5、工作台6、轴承座7。
A轴力矩电机1和轴承座7外型构造相同,分别安装到机床上(如龙门架的两边龙门立柱上)。
C轴架4一边通过胀紧套3及连接法兰2连接在A轴力矩电机1的主轴8上。具体可参考图2,连接法兰2通过螺钉固定在A轴力矩电机1的主轴8上,连接法兰2与C轴架4之间通过胀紧套3固定连接。依相同的结构和原理,C轴架4的另一边通过胀紧套3及连接法兰2连接在轴承座7的主轴上。
C轴架4可在A轴力矩电机1的作用下绕A轴转动,成为摆动轴部件。工作台6用螺钉固定于C轴力矩电机5的主轴9上,在C轴力矩电机5的作用下工作台6绕C轴转动,成为旋转工作台部件。并且,C轴力矩电机5固定于C轴架4上,随C轴架一起绕A轴转动。
在两个轴联动的情况下,固定于工作台6上的零件可同时绕A、C轴转动。整个机构构成双精密转台系统。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本实用新型来说,还可具有多种变换及改型的实施方案,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体实施例。上述实施例仅仅作为本实用新型的说明,而不是限制。总之,本实用新型的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或替代以及改型。

1.一种直驱式双轴精密转台,其特征在于:它包括连接在机床上的A轴力矩电机(1)、C轴架(4),所述A轴力矩电机(1)的主轴(8)可作A轴转动,C轴架(4)连接到A轴力矩电机(1)的主轴(8)上;C轴架(4)上安装有C轴力矩电机(5),C轴力矩电机(5)的主轴(9)上设置有工作台(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直驱式双轴精密转台,其特征在于:所述A轴力矩电机(1)的主轴(8)上连接固定有连接法兰(2),连接法兰(2)与C轴架(4)之间通过胀紧套(3)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直驱式双轴精密转台,其特征在于:所述工作台(6)通过螺钉固定在C轴力矩电机(5)的主轴(9)上。
