技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电气装备控制电缆,尤其涉及一种高性能环保控制电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。
背景技术
控制电缆主要应用于电气装备的控制回路,作为各类电器仪表及自动化装置之间的连接线,起着传输各种电能或信号的作用,使整个电气系统得到安全、可靠的运行。随着电气装备的自动化程度越来越高以及对环保的重视,要求电器仪表、自动化装置之间的连接线的控制电缆具有额定电压0.6/1kV等级、阻燃、耐高温、环保、柔软、抗干扰、电气性能和机械优良等性能要求,但已有的电缆不能完全满足这一要求。

本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种具有高电压、阻燃、耐高温、环保、柔软、抗干扰等优良电气性能和机械性能的高性能环保控制电缆。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型高性能环保控制电缆的结构特点是导体为单根或采用多根镀锡铜丝绞合构成,在导体上挤包硅烷交联聚乙绝缘层构成绝缘线芯;由多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆并设置阻燃玻纤丝填充层构成电缆缆芯;在缆芯外依次绕包包带层和铜带轧纹纵包屏蔽层;在包带层和屏蔽层之间设置多根镀锡铜丝引流线,在屏蔽层外挤包以TPU弹性体材料或低烟无卤阻燃料为材质的护套层。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型绝缘层采用硅烷交联聚乙绝缘材料,绝缘电阻高,介质损耗较小,导体最高长期允许使用温度可达90℃,材料易得,加工方便,性价比最高;
2、本实用新型中屏蔽层采用轧纹铜带纵包并加引流线,屏蔽效果好,整个电缆更加柔软;
3、本实用新型中外护套层采用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套料或TPU弹性体材料,环保、安全、可回收重复使用。

本实施例为四芯电缆,导体1为单根或采用多根镀锡铜丝绞合构成,在导体1上挤包硅烷交联聚乙绝缘层构成绝缘线芯2;由四根绝缘线芯2绞合成缆并设置阻燃玻纤丝填充层3构成电缆缆芯;在缆芯外依次绕包包带层4和铜带轧纹纵包屏蔽层6;在包带层4和屏蔽层6之间设置多根镀锡铜丝引流线5,在屏蔽层6外挤包以TPU弹性体材料或低烟无卤阻燃料为材质的护套层7。
实施例2:
本实施例为七芯电缆,导体1为单根或采用多根镀锡铜丝绞合构成,在导体1上挤包硅烷交联聚乙绝缘层构成绝缘线芯2;由七根绝缘线芯2绞合构成电缆缆芯;在缆芯外以次绕包包带层4和铜带轧纹纵包屏蔽层6;在包带层4和屏蔽层6之间加多根镀锡铜丝引流线5,屏蔽层6外挤包以TPU弹性体材料或低烟无卤阻燃料为材质的护套层7。

1、一种高性能环保控制电缆,其特征是导体(1)为单根或采用多根镀锡铜丝绞合构成,在导体(1)上挤包硅烷交联聚乙绝缘层构成绝缘线芯(2);由多根绝缘线芯(2)绞合成缆并设置阻燃玻纤丝填充层(3)构成电缆缆芯;在所述缆芯外依次绕包包带层(4)和铜带轧纹纵包屏蔽层(6);在所述包带层(4)和屏蔽层(6)之间设置多根镀锡铜丝引流线(5),在所述屏蔽层(6)外挤包以TPU弹性体材料或低烟无卤阻燃料为材质的护套层(7)。
