Abstract
一种LED灯泡,包括灯头,灯头装接有驱动电路及散热体,散热体上安装有灯盖,灯盖上开有与透镜大小相匹配的通孔,还包括装于铝基板上并与铝基板一一对应的LED灯,每个LED灯上罩有透镜。所述散热体包括副散热体及碗形主散热体,副散热体嵌装于主散热体内,铝基板及LED灯穿插过副散热体安装于主散热体底部,副散热体上还设有安装铝基板及LED灯的盲孔或截面为优弧形的盲槽。本实用新型布局合理,可安装多个LED灯,提高了功率,亮度高,散热面积大,散热性好,节能效果显著。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯泡,尤其涉及一种功率高、散热性好的LED灯泡。
背景技术
LED灯与传统白炽灯及日光灯相比,具有寿命长、功耗低、节能环保等优点,LED灯作为照明灯泡已经得到越来越广泛的使用。现有技术中,LED灯泡内的散热体只有一个,而且LED及透镜都集中于散热体内,散热体空间不大,安装的LED灯数量较少,因此总体功率不高;并且散热面积小,散热性差,使得整体散热性能不佳,容易影响到LED灯的正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种散热性好、功率高的LED灯泡。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下方案实现:
一种LED灯泡,包括灯头,灯头装接有驱动电路及散热体,散热体上安装有灯盖,灯盖上开有与透镜大小相匹配的通孔,还包括装于铝基板上并与铝基板一一对应的LED灯,每个LED灯上罩有透镜。所述散热体包括副散热体及碗形主散热体,副散热体嵌装于主散热体内,铝基板及LED灯穿过副散热体装于主散热体底部。
进一步,所述主散热体底部设有安装铝基板的圆柱形突起,圆柱形突起有定位副散热体位置的作用。突起的端面上还设置有固定铝基板的定位柱。主散热体内还开有利于空气流动的通孔。
所述副散热开有穿插铝基板和LED灯的通孔或截面为优弧形的通槽。副散热体上还设有盲孔或截面为优弧形的盲槽,盲孔或盲槽中安装有带LED灯的铝基板。
所述主散热体与灯头之间为可拆卸的螺纹旋接或者通过螺丝相固定,驱动电路安装于灯头和主散热体之间的电器腔中。
所述装于主散热体上的灯盖还开有利于空气流动的通气孔。
本实用新型布局合理,有主、副两个散热体,增大了散热面积,散热效果更好;另外,与现有的LED灯泡相比,能安装更多的LED灯,提高了灯泡的功率,亮度高。由于主、副两散热体互相独立,并且副散热体嵌装于主散热体内,则两散热体可以采用不同材料及工艺制成,达到最佳的散热效果。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合具体实施例与附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
如附图1、2所示,本实用新型公开了一种散热性好,功率高的LED灯泡。
该LED灯泡包括灯头1,灯头1装接有驱动电路2及散热体,散热体上安装有灯盖3,灯盖3上开有与透镜4大小相匹配的通孔5,还包括LED灯7,LED灯7装于铝基板6上并与铝基板6一一对应,每个LED灯7上罩有透镜4。散热体包括副散热体8及碗形主散热体9,主散热体9内设有安装铝基板6的圆柱形突起10。突起10的端面上还设置有固定铝基板6的定位柱11,定位柱11穿插于铝基板6上的相应位置。主散热体9内还开有利于空气流动的通孔14,加强了散热性。主散热体9与灯头1之间为可拆卸的螺纹旋接或者通过螺丝16紧固连接,驱动电路2安装在灯头1与主散热体9之间的电器腔中。副散热体8嵌装于主散热体9内,由于主散热体9内设有圆柱形突起10,突起10对副散热体8起到定位与承托的作用,使得副散热体8与主散热体9之间存在空隙,利于气体的流通,散热性更好。副散热体8上开有穿插铝基板及LED灯的通孔或截面为优弧形的通槽12,副散热体上还设有盲孔或截面为优弧形的盲槽13,盲孔或盲槽13内安装有带LED灯7的铝基板6,由于采用了主、副两散热体,可安装更多的LED灯,提高了整灯的功率,发光亮度高。而且由于主、副散热体互相独立,因此两散热体可以采用不同的材料加工制成,以达到最佳的散热效果。灯盖3盖在主散热体9上,通过螺丝紧固锁紧,主散热体9与副散热体8共用一个灯盖3,灯盖3上还开有利于空气流动的通气孔15,进一步加强了LED灯泡的散热性。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实现方式,除此之外,本实用新型还可以有其他实现方式,需要说明的是,在没有脱离本实用新型的发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种LED灯泡,包括灯头(1),灯头装接有驱动电路(2)及散热体,散热体上安装有灯盖(3),灯盖上开有与透镜(4)大小相匹配的通孔(5),还包括装于铝基板(6)上并与铝基板一一对应的LED灯(7),每个LED灯上罩有透镜,其特征在于:所述散热体包括副散热体(8)及碗形主散热体(9),副散热体嵌装于主散热体内,铝基板及LED穿过副散热体装于主散热体底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述主散热体底部设有安装铝基板的圆柱形突起(10),在圆柱形突起端面上设置有固定铝基板的定位柱(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述副散热体开有穿插铝基板和LED灯的通孔或截面为优弧形的通槽(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述副散热体上还设有盲孔或者截面为优弧形的盲槽(13),在盲孔或盲槽中安装有带LED灯的铝基板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:灯头与主散热体之间为可拆卸的螺纹旋接或者通过螺丝相固定,驱动电路安装于灯头和主散热体之间的电器腔中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述主散热体底部还开有利于空气流动的通孔(14)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述装于主散热体上的灯盖还开有利于空气流通的通气孔(15)。
