Abstract
一种保温隔音扣板，包括一块金属的基板(1)、四条折边(2)和保温隔音层(3)。保温隔音层与基板的内侧面相覆合，保温隔音层的四边与折边的内侧面相贴。保温隔音层可以为发泡聚氨酯层、闭孔泡沫玻璃层或其它保温隔音材料层。这种保温隔音扣板能够有效地提高房间顶棚的保温性能，也能起到良好的隔音作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种扣板的结构，一种保温隔音扣板。
背景技术
扣板一般用铝或不锈钢制作，厚度较薄，约在0.5～1mm之间，保温效果差。室内取暖时的热气和夏天用空调时的冷气都会散发得较快，因此能耗较大。另外，公寓内的噪音较多，如楼上放水的声音，楼上走路的声音等都会影响到楼下用户的生活质量，因此在房间顶棚上进行隔音处理也是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提出一种具有保温隔音能力的扣板的结构，一种保温隔音扣板。
这种保温隔音扣板包括一块金属的基板、四条折边和一层保温隔音层，此保温隔音层与基板的内侧面相覆合，保温隔音层的四边与折边的内侧面相贴。
这种保温隔音扣板由于在基板上覆合了一层保温隔音层，能有效地提高扣板的保温隔音性能，并且由于保温隔音层覆合在基板的内侧面，不会影响扣板的外观。

具体实施方式
如图所示，这种保温隔音扣板包括一块金属的基板1、四条折边2和保温隔音层3，此保温隔音层与基板的内侧面相覆合，保温隔音层的四边与折边的内侧面相邻接。
这种保温隔音扣板上的保温隔音层可以为发泡聚氨酯层、闭孔泡沫玻璃层、羊毛毡层或其它保温隔音材料层。
保温隔音扣板上的保温隔音层3可以切割成形后用胶粘剂粘贴到基板1的内侧面上。用发泡聚氨酯做保温隔音层时，也可以直接在基板的内侧面用聚氨酯树脂发泡形成保温隔音层。这种保温隔音层的厚度与折边2两端的较窄部5的宽度相近，一般在5～20mm，能够有效地提高房间顶棚的保温性能，也能起到较好的隔音作用。
如图所示，这种保温隔音扣板还可以包括一层金属箔4，此金属箔粘贴在所述的保温隔音层3的裸露的表面上。金属箔可以是锡箔，也可以是铝箔。此金属箔可以起到防潮的作用并增强扣板的阻燃性能。
如图所示，这种保温隔音扣板的折边2上与龙骨相组合用的凸块6伸出在保温隔音层3的外面，因此保温隔音层不会影响扣板与龙骨的组合功能。
Claims (4)
1、一种保温隔音扣板，包括一块金属的基板(1)和四条折边(2)，其特征是它还包括保温隔音层(3)，此保温隔音层与基板的内侧面相覆合，保温隔音层的四边与折边的内侧面相贴。
2、如权利要求1所述的保温隔音扣板，其特征是所述的保温隔音层为发泡聚氨酯层。
3、如权利要求1所述的保温隔音扣板，其特征是所述的保温隔音层为闭孔泡沫玻璃层。
4、如权利要求1所述的保温隔音扣板，其特征是它还包括一层金属箔(4)，此金属箔粘贴在所述的保温隔音层(3)的裸露的表面上。
