本实用新型涉及一种模具,尤其与瓷壳成形模具有关。
背景技术
现有的电真空瓷壳其内孔成形模具通常为整体式等直径圆柱体,无法直接形成内孔中间凸台,而需要多次车削加工才能形成内孔中间凸台,存在着加工复杂、浪费材料、生产周期长、成本高、成品率低及效率低下等不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理,生产效率高,成本低,成品率高,质量可靠,瓷壳内孔凸台能一次性成形的瓷壳等静压成形分体式模具。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。瓷壳等静压成形分体式模具,包括上模及下模,上模端部为圆台形,中间设有圆柱形凹台,在下模上设有圆柱形凸台及圆柱形台阶,圆柱形凹台与圆柱形凸台相配合。
所述的瓷壳等静压成形分体式模具,其上模端部的圆台倾角α为0°-90°。
本实用新型由于采用分体式模具,分离方便,瓷壳内孔凸台能一次性成形,因而具有生产效率高,成本低,成品率高,质量可靠等优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1:如图1所示,瓷壳等静压成形分体式模具,包括上模1及下模2,上模1端部为圆台形,中间设有圆柱形凹台3,在下模2上设有圆柱形凸台4及圆柱形台阶5,圆柱形凹台3与圆柱形凸台4相配合,上模1端部的圆台倾角α为20°。
实施例2:上模1端部的圆台倾角α为60°,其余同实施例1。

1、一种瓷壳等静压成形分体式模具,包括上模(1)及下模(2),其特征在于:上模(1)端部为圆台形,中间设有圆柱形凹台(3),在下模(2)上设有圆柱形凸台(4)及圆柱形台阶(5),圆柱形凹台(3)与圆柱形凸台(4)相配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的瓷壳等静压成形分体式模具,其特征在于:上模(1)端部的圆台倾角α为0°-90°。
