本实用新型涉及一种沼气渣液进出料机管路系统,包括真空泵、油气分离器和气水分离器,罐体出气连接管一端通过法兰盘连接在液罐上,另一端连接到四通阀进气连接管上,四通阀进气连接管连接到四通阀上,四通阀安装在气水分离器上,在四通阀和气水分离器之间有球阀,气水分离器通过进气连接管连接到真空泵上,出气连接管一端连接到沼气泵上,另一端连接到油气分离器上,在油气分离器下端有回油连接管接通沼气泵和油气分离器,而油气分离器连接管则接通油气分离器和四通阀,出气口安装在四通阀上,具有结构合理、功能齐全、操作简单、适用性广的优点。

一种沼气渣液进出料机管路系统
技术领域:
本实用新型属于三轮汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种沼气渣液进出料机专用管路系统。
背景技术:
近年来,沼气工程做为农村新能源逐步在农村推广普及,既方便了日常生活又节约了煤、电资源,但是沼液、沼渣的清理就比较困难,为解决沼气工程发展的瓶颈问题。市场上出现了一种以低速汽车底盘改装的的真空吸液车,但这种真空吸液车存在工作效率低,功能单一,沼气渣液清理不干净等缺点,给沼气渣液运输户的使用造成诸多不变。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点而提供一种价格低廉、工作效率搞,能够为通用的沼液沼渣进出料机提供一种方便快捷的专用管路系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是这样实施的:一种沼气渣液进出料机管路系统,包括括真空泵1、油气分离器2以及气水分离器12等,其特征在于:
a、罐体出气连接管3一端通过法兰盘连接在液罐4上,另一端连接到四通阀进气连接管16上,四通阀进气连接管16连接到四通阀19上,四通阀19安装在气水分离器12上,在四通阀19和气水分离器12之间有球阀11,气水分离器12通过进气连接管13连接到真空泵1上,出气连接管15一端连接到真空泵1上,另一端连接到油气分离器2上,在油气分离器2下端有回油连接管14连接通真空泵1和油气分离器2,而油气分离器连接管17则接通油气分离器2和四通阀19,出气口10安装在四通阀19上,
b、进料管阀门5安装在液罐4上,进料口阀门5上安装有进料口6,
c、喷洒出水管7安装在液罐4上,
d、出料口阀门8安装在液罐4上,出料管阀门8上安装有出料口9。
通过四通阀19可以用一个阀门来实现抽吸和返压。
四通阀进气连接管16上通过管路安装有真空表18。
液罐4的后端安装有喷洒出水口,通过前端管路向液罐4返压后可作为路面洒水装置。
本实用新型具有结构合理、操作简单、工作效率高,价格低的优点,很适合在农村推广使用。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例作进一步的描述:
如图1、图2、图3所示,包括真空泵1、油气分离器2以及气水分离器12等,其特征在于:
a、罐体出气连接管3一端通过法兰盘连接在液罐4上,另一端连接到四通阀进气连接管16上,四通阀进气连接管16连接到四通阀19上,四通阀19安装在气水分离器12上,在四通阀19和气水分离器12之间有球阀11,气水分离器12通过进气连接管13连接到真空泵1上,出气连接管15一端连接到真空泵1上,另一端连接到油气分离器2上,在油气分离器2下端有回油连接管14连接通沼气泵1和油气分离器12,而油气分离器连接管17则接通油气分离器(12)和四通阀19,出气口10安装在四通阀9上,
b、进料管阀门5安装在液罐4上,进料口阀门5上安装有进料口6,
c、喷洒出水管7安装在液罐4上,
d、出料口阀门8安装在液罐4上,出料管阀门8上安装有出料口9。
通过四通阀9可以用一个阀门来实现抽吸和返压。
四通阀进气连接管16上通过管路安装有真空表18。
液罐4的后端装有喷洒出水管7,通过前端的管路向液罐4返压后,可作为路面洒水装置。
各功能工作路线如下:
吸料工作路线:将四通阀置于“B”的位置(图2中所示),打开动力装置,动力传给真空泵1,真空泵1工作使液罐4内形成真空,打开进料阀门5,同时关闭出料阀门8和球阀11,沼气渣液机开始吸料工作。
加压排料工作路线:打开出料阀门8,关闭进料阀门5,将四通阀19扳向“A”(图2中所示)位置,可将液罐4内部的沼液渣液加压排出。
常压排料工作路线:如果将进料口阀门6和出料口阀门9打开,则可以在自然压力下排放液料。
洒水工作路线:按照吸料工作路线将清水吸入液罐4内,将四通阀19扳向“A”的位置,同时打开喷洒出水管7上的阀门,行驶车辆即可洒水。

1、一种沼气渣液进出料机管路系统,包括真空泵(1)、油气分离器(2)以及气水分离器(12)等,其特征在于:
a、罐体出气连接管(3)一端通过法兰盘连接在液罐(4)上,另一端连接到四通阀进气连接管(16)上,四通阀进气连接管(16)连接到四通阀(19)上,四通阀(19)安装在气水分离器(12)上,在四通阀(19)和气水分离器(12)之间有球阀(11),气水分离器(12)通过进气连接管(13)连接到沼气泵(1)上,出气连接管(15)一端连接到沼气泵(1)上,另一端连接到油气分离器(2)上,在油气分离器(12)下端有回油连接管(14)连接通沼气泵(1)和油气分离器(12),而油气分离器连接管(17)则接通油气分离器(12)和四通阀(19),出气口(10)安装在四通阀(9)上,
b、进料管阀门(5)安装在液罐(4)上,进料口阀门(5)上安装有进料口(6),
c、喷洒出水管(7)安装在液罐(4)上,
d、出料口阀门(8)安装在液罐(4)上,出料管阀门(8)上安装有出料口(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气渣液进出料机管路系统,其特征在于:四通阀进气连接管(16)上通过管路安装有真空表(18)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气渣液进出料机管路系统,其特征在于:液罐(4)的后端装有喷洒出水管(7),通过前端的管路向液罐(4)返压后,可作为路面洒水装置。
