现有的文本装订机有胶圈、铁圈、单线圈等不同形式的需要,需要不同形状孔形的冲孔刀。而现有的装订机刀架组机构与装订机是固定一体的,所以不同的文本装订要求需要更换不同形式的装订机,既费时又费成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型提供一种配合活动刀架组结构的文本装订机的边距调节机构。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种活动刀架装订机的边距调节机构,包括凸轮轴、边距限位片、凸轮、复位弹簧、凸轮支架、刀片、底板,其主要技术特征是凸轮支架固定在底板上,凸轮固定在凸轮轴上,凸轮轴左右穿入凸轮支架上,边距限位片活动连接在下刀模和刀架之间,在边距限位片和凸轮支架之间设有复位弹簧;所述的凸轮轴上设有旋扭。
本实用新型结构简单,调节方便,调节精度高。当转动旋扭时,凸轮轴带动凸轮转动,当凸轮的变半径作用推动边距限位片作前后移动,从而改变刀片和边距限位片的距离,实现文本孔边距大小的调节。
