现有的风力发电机用电力电缆由铜导体和硅橡胶组成,虽然该电缆具有耐热性较好的优点,但存在以下缺点:1、由于铜导体直径大,导致电缆硬、不利于弯曲和穿管及安装等工作进行;2、机械强度低,耐撕裂强度更低,稍不注意,就容易裂开而损坏,所以不利于安装和使用。

本实用新型就是针对上述问题,提供一种机械性能好,使用方便的风力发电机用电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,本实用新型包括铜导体,其结构要点在于,铜导体是由铜丝构成,铜导体外为热塑性硫化橡胶绝缘层。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型采用铜导体外为热塑性硫化橡胶绝缘层电缆;电缆变得柔软了;热塑性硫化橡胶绝缘层柔软,机械强度提高一倍以上,耐刮、耐磨;弯曲、穿管、安装比较容易实现,而且不易损坏。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型包括铜导体1,铜导体1是由铜丝3构成,铜导体1外为热塑性硫化橡胶绝缘层2。
铜丝3直径为0.3mm;铜丝3直径由原来的0.5mm变为0.3mm,使电缆外径相应缩小,由原外径26mm变为23mm以下,可省去风力发电机内部空间。

1、风力发电机用电力电缆,包括铜导体(1),其特征在于铜导体(1)是由铜丝(3)构成,铜导体(1)外为热塑性硫化橡胶绝缘层(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的风力发电机用电力电缆,其特征在于铜丝(3)直径为0.3mm。
