背景技术
现有的高压输电线采用的是铝材为导体,线路损耗大;且是裸线输电,接地频繁、短路多、有高压触电的危险;由于是实心导体,极其笨重,铺设不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种能有效地减轻导体重量,减少线路损耗的新型电线电缆,从而保证它的绝缘安全的高压电线电缆。
本实用新型是通过以下方式来实现的:一种新型电线电缆,主要包括有塑料芯(1)、空心导体层(2)、绝缘层(3);其特征在于:空心导体层(2)内包覆塑料芯(1),空心导体层(2)外包覆绝缘层(3)。
本实用新型采用上述方案,能够减轻高压电线电缆的重量,降低材料的成本,铺设起来轻松方便;而且电阻减小,线路损耗减小,节约了大量能源及资金;同时解决了因裸线输电接地多导致频繁短路,易发生高压触电的大问题,是一种理想的新型电线电缆。

导体层(2)可选用铜材、铝材或成本相对低廉的金属导电材料,塑料芯(1)和绝缘层(3)可选用聚乙烯或其它具有良好绝缘性能的材料。
