本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种铝包木门窗下框外侧防水装置，其结构合理，使雨水靠自重就能顺利排出，避免长时间的使用引起门窗下框漏水、油漆脱落、木材发霉等质量问题的产生。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案解决上述技术问题的：一种铝包木门窗下框外侧防水装置，所述木框下框外侧设有一披水板，所述披水板的截面成L型，所述披水板与木框下框等长。
作为优选，所述木框下框外侧设有披水板安装槽，所述披水板设置在所述安装槽内。
作为优选，所述披水板通过若干螺钉固定在所述安装槽内。

实施例1
如图1-2所示，一种铝包木门窗下框外侧防水装置，所述木框下框1外侧设有披水板安装槽4，所述披水板3通过4个螺钉2固定在所述安装槽4内。所述披水板3的截面成L型，所述披水板3与木框下框1等长。
本实用新型的功能是这样实现的：
披水板材料为铝合金，截面为L型结构。只要使用时木框下框在加工中心用披水板槽刀具铣披水板安装槽，以便安装披水板。披水板根据下料单可直接在数控双切割锯上90°下料，再用大小为￠4的钻头在披水板上打孔，打孔位置距端头100mm，中间间距300mm。现场安装时用M4*35木螺钉通过披水板孔把披水板直接固定在木框下框的安装槽内。这样雨水在自重的作用下沿披水线顺利留出，防止雨水渗入窗框下框内，有效的避免门窗质量问题的现象产生。
