本实用新型公开了一种防鼠咬电缆,包括有线芯导体和护套,其特征在于:所述的护套外层为电缆涂料层,所述的电缆涂料层内分布有内装防鼠驱避剂微胶囊。微胶囊内装的防鼠驱避剂为辣椒素,微胶囊辣椒素配制到涂料中,涂敷到电缆上,老鼠一旦啃咬电缆,会导致微胶囊破裂,从微胶囊中释放出来的辣素即会驱避老鼠,而不会造成其它的破坏,既环保又方便。

本实用新型涉及一种防鼠咬电缆。
背景技术
鼠咬破坏是危害电缆电缆的三大主要危害之一,由此产生的事故,均造成巨大的经济损失。老鼠咬啮会造成电缆进水或进潮,就有可能引起停电、通讯中断、严重短路、火灾等事故,带来不可估量的损失。国外统计,城市不明原因的火灾中有1/4是由于老鼠咬断电缆造成的。野战部队由于信号线、通讯线、电缆的破坏而造成的损失更无法以金钱来计算。老鼠咬啮电缆具有重复性。为此,开发具有优良的防鼠咬功能、效力持久、加工稳定、对人畜安全、不污染环境、价格适宜的新型防鼠技术将具有非常重要的意义,显得十分迫切。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防鼠电缆,将防鼠驱避剂微胶囊化,老鼠闻到气味后不会啃咬电缆。
本实用新型的的技术方案如下:
一种防鼠咬电缆,包括有线芯导体和护套,其特征在于:所述的护套外层为电缆涂料层,所述的电缆涂料层内分布有内装防鼠驱避剂微胶囊。
所述防鼠咬电缆,其特征在于:所述的微胶囊内装的防鼠驱避剂为辣椒素。
微胶囊技术是一种利用高分子成膜材料,形成直径约1~1000μm的核-壳结构的微型容器,把固体、液体或气体包裹于其中,使其形成微粒子的过程技术。微胶囊技术包括制备技术和应用技术,即采用特定的方法和设备用壁材包裹不同形态的芯材,制成微胶囊,然后将所有制备的微胶囊应用于各种材料中,用加热、加压或辐射等手段使微胶囊破裂,释放芯材,或使芯材直接通过囊壁向外扩散释放,产生所需的性能。
将微胶囊技术应用于防鼠咬电缆中,将具有广阔的市场前景。可将防鼠驱避剂进行微胶囊化处理,然后将微胶囊添加到电缆涂料中,配制成新型涂料涂敷在电缆表面,老鼠一旦啃咬电缆,会导致微胶囊破裂,从微胶囊中释放出来的辣素即会驱避老鼠,而不会造成其它的破坏,既环保又方便。
或将内装防鼠驱避剂的微胶囊的直接添加到电缆料中,从而制备防鼠咬电缆。
涂料层的基础树脂一般为乙烯树脂、丁烯树脂、丙烯树脂、硅树脂等。将辣椒素进行微胶囊化,微胶囊内辣椒素类的含量为5%~80%。运用微胶囊技术,并选用合适的防鼠避剂,能够起到很好的防鼠效果。此外,防鼠避剂无毒,不会破坏大自然环境。

参见图1,防鼠咬电缆包括有线芯导体和护套3,电缆外层为电缆涂料层2,所述的防鼠涂料层2内填充有内装辣椒素的微胶囊1。

1.一种防鼠咬电缆,包括有线芯导体和护套,其特征在于:所述的护套外层为电缆涂料层,所述的电缆涂料层内分布有内装防鼠驱避剂微胶囊。
2.按照权利要求1所述防鼠咬电缆,其特征在于:所述的微胶囊内装的防鼠驱避剂为辣椒素。
