背景技术
当今社会有色金属价格暴涨,铜导体成本占电缆原材料总成本的90%以上,为了大幅度降低电缆成本,同时保证电缆铜导体的技术指标,本领域技术人员研制开发了一种铜包铝电缆。即采用先进的包覆焊接制造技术,将高品质铜带同心地包覆在铝杆或钢丝等芯线的外表面,并使铜层和芯线之间形成牢固的原子间的冶金结合。然而,现有铜包铝电缆一般为单芯,通信容量小,且还存在一定的安全隐患,不具有防火阻燃性能和防鼠驱虫功效,如遇突发火灾,燃烧时会产生有毒气体,给人们使用带来很多不便。

针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种铜包铝四芯电缆,能有效解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铜包铝四芯电缆,包括电缆导体、包覆在电缆导体外的包带,电缆导体由结合在一起的四芯构成,且每个芯为外部包覆有绝缘层的铜包铝导体,包带外设有低烟无卤阻燃护套,低烟无卤阻燃护套上均匀分布内装防鼠驱虫剂的微型胶囊。
作为优选,所述四芯的截面积均相等,均为扇形。
作为优选,所述微型胶囊内装有的防鼠驱虫剂为辣椒素。
本实用新型的有益效果是:不仅可以节约铜资源,降低电缆生产成本,且电缆导体由结合在一起的四芯构成,增加了通信容量,满足了人们的使用需要。此外,带有微型胶囊的低烟无卤阻燃护套具有防火阻燃性能和防鼠驱虫功效,如遇突发火灾,燃烧时也只产生少量无毒气体,环保性能佳。

如图1所示,铜包铝四芯电缆,包括电缆导体1、包覆在电缆导体1外的包带2,电缆导体1由结合在一起的四芯构成,且每个芯为外部包覆有绝缘层的铜包铝导体,包带2外设有低烟无卤阻燃护套3,低烟无卤阻燃护套3上均匀分布内装防鼠驱虫剂的微型胶囊4。所述四芯的截面积均相等,均为扇形。所述微型胶囊4内装有的防鼠驱虫剂为辣椒素。
本实用新型的电缆导体1由结合在一起的四芯构成,且构成每个芯的铜包铝导体是在铝导体外包覆铜层,降低了电缆生产成本,增加了通信容量;采用低烟无卤阻燃护套3,具有防火阻燃性能,如遇突发火灾,燃烧时也只产生少量无毒气体,环保性能佳。此外,如果遇到老鼠、白蚁破坏电缆,当咬破微型胶囊4时,其内装有的辣椒素发出刺激性气味,驱走老鼠、白蚁等,阻止继续破坏,发挥防鼠驱虫功效,延长电缆的使用寿命,满足了人们的使用需要。

1.铜包铝四芯电缆,包括电缆导体、包覆在电缆导体外的包带,其特征在于:电缆导体由结合在一起的四芯构成,且每个芯为外部包覆有绝缘层的铜包铝导体,包带外设有低烟无卤阻燃护套,低烟无卤阻燃护套上均匀分布内装防鼠驱虫剂的微型胶囊。
