背景技术:
对于隔声罩的窄缝和孔洞,接缝和孔洞部位占隔声面积不足百万分之一时,就会使隔声量下降11.5-20Db。以前隔声罩就用密闭的办法处理空洞和接缝。这样往往增加设备设计和制造难度,造价提高;开关门也不方便;随时间推移结构不可避免会变形,漏声增大,隔声效果不好。

本实用新型为了解决隔声罩的窄缝和孔洞的漏声问题采取的技术方案是:一种防窄缝漏声用微型消声器,其特征在于:将异型钢设置在两隔声板的窄缝部位,构成共振腔。共振腔为空腔。这里,异型钢指的是钢板的内侧为梯形、或三角形等不规则形状的结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:当声波穿过孔洞和窄缝时,声波使共振腔包容的空气柱像柱塞一样振动,空气柱和内壁的摩擦产生热量,也就是将声能转化为热能散失掉了;采用异形钢可以使声波的纵波与横波相互干扰,降低噪声。因此,采用本实用新型可以使窄缝和孔洞漏声降低14-18dB,接缝部位发生变形时漏声也不会增加。
