Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种交通护栏，由横栏(1)、竖栏(2)和立柱(3)组成，竖栏(2)的上下两端与横栏(1)固定连接，横栏(1)的左右两端与立柱(3)固定连接，其特征在于：竖栏(1)由板材制成。本实用新型能节省材料，大大降低制造成本。而且通过竖栏与横栏成一定斜度的安装，能减少眩光的干扰，有利于夜间驾驶员的驾驶。

本实用新型涉及一种交通护栏。
背景技术
交通护栏在交通工程中应用已经相当广泛，但现有的交通护栏的竖栏都是采用空心管材制成，其缺点是制造成本太高。而且管材的底面方向与横栏方向一致，当对方车辆的光线照在竖栏时，竖栏遮光的面积相对较小，从竖栏之间的间隙斜射过来的光线相对较多，造成刺眼的眩光，给驾驶员带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制造成本低的交通护栏。
本实用新型进一步的目的是提供一种能防眩光的交通护栏。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种交通护栏，由横栏、竖栏和立柱组成，竖栏的上下两端与横栏固定连接，横栏的左右两端与立柱固定连接，竖栏由板材制成。
进一步，竖栏的底面中心线aa′与横栏成α角，α角为10°～80°。
更进一步，竖栏的两端具有卷边。
采用上述技术方案后，由于竖栏采用板材制成，和采用管材相比，节省了材料，大大降低了制造成本。
采用进一步的技术方案后，由于竖栏底面的中心线aa′与横栏成10°～80°的角度，当对方车辆的光线照在竖栏上时，竖栏的遮光面积相对较大，从竖栏间的间隙斜射过来的光线就比较小，可以减少车辆行驶中眩光的干扰，减少交通事故。
竖栏的两端采用卷边后，可以防止板材两侧边缘伤手，增强竖栏的强度，同时，还可以提高竖栏的美观度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、2、5、6所示，一种交通护栏，由横栏1、竖栏2和立柱3组成，竖栏2的上下两端与横栏1固定连接，横栏1的左右两端与立柱3固定连接，竖栏1由板材制成。
如图3、4所示，竖栏2的底面中心线aa′与横栏1成α角，α角为10°～80°。最佳角度可以采用45°。
如图4、6所示，竖栏2的两端具有卷边2-1。采用卷边2-1可以防止板材两侧边缘伤手，增强竖栏的强度，同时，还可以提高竖栏的美观度。
卷边2-1呈环形。当然卷边2-1也可以做成半环形，或其它形状，都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1、一种交通护栏，由横栏(1)、竖栏(2)和立柱(3)组成，竖栏(2)的上下两端与横栏(1)固定连接，横栏(1)的左右两端与立柱(3)固定连接，其特征在于：竖栏(1)由板材制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的交通护栏，其特征在于：竖栏(2)的底面中心线aa′与横栏(1)成α角，α角为10°～80°。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的交通护栏，其特征在于：竖栏(2)的两端具有卷边(2-1)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的交通护栏，其特征在于：所述的卷边(2-1)呈环形。
