现有提升管柱的吊卡均为根据管柱的规格而加工相对应的孔径，由于在石油天然气钻修井作业中管柱的种类多，有钻杆、钻铤、套管、油管等，各类管柱的规格也特别多，所以钻井作业时，需要配备的各类、各种规格的吊卡十分多，并且钻井作业时，更换管柱规格、品种时，就得将吊卡从吊环上摘下进行更换，既增加了钻井作业的难度、浪费了时间，又增加了钻井成本和管理难度。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，操作方便，工作性能好的新型液压吊卡。
