(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种服装无缝线拼接结构。
(二)背景技术
传统的服装均为手工或机械缝制，面料拼接处留有缝头和缝纫线。面料接口不平整，易与皮肤直接摩擦，穿着不舒适；在各种恶劣气候下，如高海拔的严寒、风雪、暴雨情况下，因为服装有针孔，所以会有风雨渗透的空隙，不能有效地防风、保暖和防雨(水)。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种接缝平整光滑，轻巧舒适的服装无缝线拼接结构。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题还在于提供一种具有防风、保暖、防水性能的服装无缝线拼接结构。
所述的服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料，所述两块面料沿拼接处热熔连接，至少在拼接处的面料一侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带。
进一步，所述的单面胶带为防水胶带。
进一步，所述防水胶带的宽度为0.8～1.2cm。
本实用新型的结构适用于化纤面料(如涤纶、尼龙等)。面料之间的热熔连接可采用超声塑胶熔接机进行，面料与单面胶带之间的热压粘合可采用热封机进行。
本实用新型的面料之间采用热熔连接，接缝平整光滑，轻巧舒适，防水胶带提高了所述服装无缝线拼接结构的防风、保暖、防水性能。采用本无缝拼接结构的服装具有穿着舒适、轻巧方便、防风、保暖、防水等特点。

下面通过实施例对本实用新型作优选地具体说明，但本实用新型的保护范围并不限于此。
参照图1，一种服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料1，2，所述两块面料1，2沿拼接处3热熔连接，至少在拼接处3的面料一侧设有与面料1，2热压粘合的单面胶带4。
所述的单面胶带4为防水胶带。
所述防水胶带的宽度为1.0cm。

1、一种服装无缝线拼接结构，包括待拼接的两块面料，其特征在于：所述两块面料沿拼接处热熔连接，至少在拼接处的面料一侧设有与面料热压粘合的单面胶带。
2、根据权利要求1所述的服装无缝线拼接结构，其特征在于：所述的单面胶带为防水胶带。
3、根据权利要求2所述的服装无缝线拼接结构，其特征在于：所述防水胶带的宽度为0.8～1.2cm。
