本实用新型公开了一种蜂窝复合板,包括位于中间的蜂窝板、夹着蜂窝板的玻镁板和夹着玻镁板的钢板。本蜂窝复合板,防火极限达到一个小时以上,具有强度高、刚性大、防火、防热、保温、防震、平整度高、不变形、色泽均匀、隔音、防潮、寿命长、随意切割、加工安装方便、颜色可选性广等优点,真正做到“绿色环保,节约能源”,有回收利用价值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及室内外建筑装修材料,具体涉及一种蜂窝复合板。
背景技术
目前内外隔墙、室内天花、办公隔墙、卫生隔墙、各种净化车间、场所、房顶广泛采用复合板。但是目前的复合板存在如下的缺陷:使用寿命短、不美观、力学性能差和防腐性能差;复合板的中间层是用单纯的泡沫,稳定性不好。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种使用寿命长、外观美观、各种性能好的蜂窝复合板。
本实用新型的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:本蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:包括位于中间的蜂窝板、夹着蜂窝板的玻镁板和夹着玻镁板的钢板。
所述蜂窝板由铝材料制成。高密度铝蜂窝板是由许多牵引的密集蜂窝构成,犹如许多小工字,可分散承受来自复合板各个方向的压力使复合板受力均匀,保证了其承受压力的强度和复合板在较大的面积时保持良好的平整度。在潮湿的换机功能中无霉变、不变型、不吸水。比相同面积的砖块轻70倍,该产品不会散发任何有害人体物质,并且可回收重新利用,因此可用作结构性内芯材料。
所述玻镁板是由氯化镁、氧化镁和水为主要原材料制成的无机镁质凝胶板材。其具有优良的的物理性能和化学性能,而且质轻、高强度、防火、防水、无毒、无味、无放射性污染,防火性能达到GB8624A级,耐高温1200度,不燃烧,所以可应用于室内装修以及制造各种防火家具及建筑隔墙。
所述钢板为彩色钢板。彩色钢板是以冷轧钢板为基础对其进行脱脂、磷化和络酸盐处理后,在氮气的保护下进行双面热镀锌,再施以易于底漆牢固黏附的化学转化膜,然后涂上环氧树脂底漆,最后涂上耐化学腐浊的彩色漆。经测试,在120摄氏度烘箱连续加热96小时,涂层表面光泽颜色无任何变化,经过折弯或施压,表面涂层无脱落现象,涂层保持防腐15—20年,其良好的力学性能及防腐性能使它可以用于室内外建筑装修材料中。
所述钢板、玻镁板和蜂窝板之间通过强力胶粘接。
所述蜂窝复合板的一侧设置有母槽,相对的另一侧设置有公槽。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有如下的优点:本蜂窝复合板,防火极限达到一个小时以上,具有强度高、刚性大、防火、防热、保温、防震、平整度高、不变形、色泽均匀、隔音、防潮、寿命长、随意切割、加工安装方便、颜色可选性广等优点,真正做到“绿色环保,节约能源”,有回收利用价值。
本蜂窝复合板应用工程范围:内外隔墙、室内天花、办公隔墙、卫生隔墙、各种净化车间、场所、房顶。并可用于洁净房,完全达到GB50073-2001《洁净厂房设计规范》的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示的一种蜂窝复合板,包括位于中间的蜂窝板1、夹着蜂窝板1的玻镁板2和夹着玻镁板2的钢板3。
如图3所示,所述蜂窝板1由铝材料制成。高密度铝蜂窝板1是由许多牵引的密集蜂窝构成,犹如许多小工字,可分散承受来自复合板各个方向的压力使复合板受力均匀,保证了其承受压力的强度和复合板在较大的面积时保持良好的平整度。在潮湿的换机功能中无霉变、不变型、不吸水。比相同面积的砖块轻70倍,该产品不会散发任何有害人体物质,并且可回收重新利用,因此可用作结构性内芯材料。
所述玻镁板2是由氯化镁、氧化镁和水为主要原材料制成的无机镁质凝胶板材。其具有优良的的物理性能和化学性能,而且质轻、高强度、防火、防水、无毒、无味、无放射性污染,防火性能达到GB8624A级,耐高温1200度,不燃烧,所以可应用于室内装修以及制造各种防火家具及建筑隔墙。
所述钢板3为彩色钢板。彩色钢板是以冷轧钢板为基础对其进行脱脂、磷化和络酸盐处理后,在氮气的保护下进行双面热镀锌,再施以易于底漆牢固黏附的化学转化膜,然后涂上环氧树脂底漆,最后涂上耐化学腐浊的彩色漆。经测试,在120摄氏度烘箱连续加热96小时,涂层表面光泽颜色无任何变化,经过折弯或施压,表面涂层无脱落现象,涂层保持防腐15—20年,其良好的力学性能及防腐性能使它可以用于室内外建筑装修材料中。

1、蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:包括位于中间的蜂窝板、夹着蜂窝板的玻镁板和夹着玻镁板的钢板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝板由铝材料制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述玻镁板是由氯化镁、氧化镁和水为主要原材料制成的无机镁质凝胶板材。
4、根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述钢板为彩色钢板。
5、根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述钢板、玻镁板和蜂窝板之间通过强力胶粘连接。
6、根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝复合板的一侧设置有母槽,相对的另一侧设置有公槽。
