Abstract
本实用新型公开了铝镁复合装饰板，包括：保护膜层、辊涂烤漆铝板层、胶复合材料层、防火材料层，所述的铝镁复合板是由多层材料复合而成，上、下层为辊涂烤漆铝板层，中间以玻镁板、菱镁板为芯板的防火材料层、胶复合材料层，利用专用冷、热复合工艺粘合，使铝板层装饰板表面不易损坏。其正面还粘贴一层保护膜。对于室外，铝板层正面涂覆氟碳树脂涂层，对于室内，其正面可采用聚脂树脂涂层。本实用新型具有成本低、防火性能强、具有装饰性好、施工方便等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑装饰材料的--------------技术领域，尤其涉及一种环保、节能、防火铝镁复合装饰板。
背景技术
目前国内外建筑装饰建材市场上，房屋墙体、墙面、办公楼、大厦、娱乐场所等建筑物的防火装饰。普遍使用的玻镁板、菱镁板，虽然有防火性能，但是没有装饰功能；喷涂铝单板、铝蜂窝板造价太高，铝塑复合板等防火性能差。
例：喷涂铝单板、铝蜂窝板色泽不均、批量色差相对明显，使用成本偏高；铝塑复合板防火性能低；玻镁板、菱镁板装饰功能差；选择性不够丰富。市场上尚未见到集环保、节能、防火、装饰等方面突出的更新换代产品。
发明内容
针对已有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铝镁复合装饰板。
本实用新型利用冷、热复合工艺增加其表面的装饰性、耐冲击性和板材的防火性能，节省原材料成本60％以上，完全达到喷涂铝单板、铝蜂窝板的使用效果。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
铝镁复合装饰板，包括：保护膜层、辊涂烤漆铝板层、胶复合材料层、防火材料层，所述的铝镁复合板上、下层为辊涂烤漆铝板层，中间是以玻镁板或菱镁板为芯板的防火材料层，胶复合材料层。利用专用冷、热复合工艺粘合，使玻镁板或菱镁板具有装饰性和耐冲击性不易损坏。其正面还粘贴一层保护膜，使彩涂铝板层装饰板表面不易损坏。对于室外，铝板层正面涂覆氟碳树脂涂层，对于室内，其正面可采用聚脂树脂涂层。

二、辊涂金属材料，能使表面色差小、色泽光滑明亮，表面鲜艳多彩，金属漆表面金属质感强烈；装饰、防火性能满足各种场所的需求；增加玻镁板、菱镁板整体的耐冲击性和增加其刚性；解决了玻镁板、菱镁板不能折弯、包角、包圆柱形等不足。
三、胶复合材料层使辊涂金属材料和与防火材料层利用专用加热复合或冷复合工艺将其牢固的粘合。
四、防火材料层，其可刨、可锯、防火、防水等性能可满足各种场所需要的防火性能及方便现场装饰施工等。
本实用新型替代装饰材料铝塑板、铝单板、蜂窝板和其他防火板提高性能，降低使用成本，增加了建筑装修界的挑选项目。增加了玻镁板、菱镁板表面的耐冲击性和刚性。解决了玻镁板、菱镁板装饰性能差、不能折弯、包角、包圆柱形等的不足。铝镁复合板可以切割、裁切、开槽、带锯、钻孔、加工埋头，还可以铆接、螺丝连接或胶合粘接等。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型是如何实现的：
如图1、2所示，铝镁复合装饰板，包括：保护膜层、辊涂烤漆铝板层、防火材料层、胶复合材料层，因为建筑装修界需要防火性能超群、多姿多彩的素材和性能需求，所以先辊涂烤漆铝板层2，再覆复合材料层3、防火材料层4、胶复合材料层5、辊涂烤漆铝板层6；利用专用加热复合或冷复合工艺将其牢固的粘合，增加了玻镁板、菱镁板表面的耐冲击性和刚性。解决了玻镁板、菱镁板装饰性能差、不能折弯、包角、包圆柱形等的不足。然后将其与保护膜层1贴合，使彩涂表面不易损坏；最后成品包装。
本实用新型具有成本低、防火性能强、具有装饰性好、施工方便等优点。用于房屋墙体、墙面、办公楼、大厦、娱乐场所等建筑幕墙的节能、环保、防火的装饰板材。

1.铝镁复合装饰板，包括：保护膜层、辊涂烤漆铝板层、胶复合材料层、防火材料层，其特征在于：所述的铝镁复合板上、下层为辊涂烤漆铝板层，中间是以玻镁板、菱镁板为芯板的防火材料层和胶复合材料层；先辊涂烤漆铝板层（2），再覆胶复合材料层（3）、防火材料层（4）、胶复合材料层（5）、辊涂烤漆铝板层（6），利用冷、热复合粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝镁复合装饰板，其特征在于：所述的正面粘贴一层保护膜，使彩涂表面不易损坏，辊涂烤漆铝板层（6）可作为装饰面板。
