Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种置放架改良结构,主要包括:一框架,该框架可置放电视、电器等设备;一组前连接架,该前连接架两端均设有连接孔,用与连接栓相结合;一左连接框,该左连接框前端设有与连接孔结合的左枢纽,于后端设有活动枢纽;一右连接框,该右连接框前端设有与连接孔结合的右枢纽,并于后端置设活动旋纽;一后板,该后板一侧设有枢纽另一侧置设卡合板;藉由上列各式枢纽的设置可将置放架折收为较小体积,以降低运送成本,且令操作组装或折收动作时更为便利。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及有关置放架折收结构,尤指一种结构精简、操作容易之置放架结构改良。
背景技术
社会的不断进步与发展,使得人们的生活越来越好,人们为了可以使自己住的舒适及美观,即不断的提升住家的装饰,摆放各式家具、电视机、DVD、计算机等,而摆放这些设备大都需要置放架,然,一般的置放架大多是无法收折,因此增加运输成本而不够经济,另一种可以拆装的结构则是,需组立的部分多,任何孔位元、螺丝的配合稍微有差异就无法组装,造成退货率提高同时需耗费人力、费用去处理这些难题。
因此,如何解决习知置放架无法折收、材积大、运输成本高、组装不易之缺陷,即是待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述习知技术所造成之缺憾,本创作针对习知技术之缺点创作出一种置放架结构改良,其主要目的在于有效解决上述置放架无法折收、材积大、运输成本高、组装不易之缺陷,而深具实用性,籍由各式枢钮的设置可将置放架折收为较小体积,以降低运送成本,且令操作组装或折收动作时更为便利。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种置放架改良结构,主要包括:一框架,该框架可置放电视、电器等设备;一组前连接架,该前连接架两端均设有连接孔,用与连接拴相结合;一左连接框,该左连接框前端设有与连接孔结合的左枢钮,于后端设有活动枢钮;一右连接框,该右连接框前端设有与连接孔结合的右枢钮,并于后端置设活动旋钮;一后板,该后板一侧设有枢钮另一侧置设卡合板;组装时将前连接架左右两端连接孔分别置入左右连接框所设的相应左右枢钮上定位,并用连接拴定位以供活动,再将后板之枢钮置入左连接框之活动枢钮中,折收时只要将左右连接框收折即可,反之,将左右连接框拉出,使右连接框后端所设活动旋钮置入后板所设之卡合板中,旋转活动旋钮即可定位,最后于框架上置放置放板,以供电视及其它电器置放。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本实用新型通过在左、右连接框上设置枢纽、旋钮等连接机构,将前、后连接框连接在一起,籍由上列各式枢钮的设置可将置放架折收为较小体积,以降低运送成本,且令操作组装或折收动作时更为便利;如此便可快速组装、折收置放架,如此设计即达到了结构精简、易于组装、折收之目的,又达到了减少材积、降低运输成本之实用效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如第1~8图所示,本创作所设一种置放架改良结构,主要包括:
一框架1,该框架可置放电视、电器等设备;
一前连接架10,该前连接架10两端均设有连接孔100,并设有相搭配组合之连接拴101;
一左连接框11,该左连接框11前端设有与连接孔100结合的左枢钮111,于后端设有活动枢钮112;
一右连接框12,该右连接框12前端设有与连接孔100结合的右枢钮121,于后端置设活动旋钮122;
一后板13,该后板13一侧设有枢钮131,另一侧设有卡合板132,上方设置有与置放板2结合之结合孔133;
一组置放板2,该置放板2底面可设有活动旋钮21,以便于置放于框架1上固定;
一组旋钮3,该旋钮3将后板13与右连接框12固定;
籍由,将前连接架10左右两端连接孔100分别置入左连接框11、右连接框12所设之左枢钮111、右枢钮121上定位,并用连接拴101定位以供活动,再将后板13之枢钮132置入左连接框11之活动枢钮112中,最后使右连接框12后端所设活动旋钮122置入后板13所设之卡合板131中,旋转活动旋钮122即可定位,再将置放板2分层置入框架1中,将置放板2底面所设之活动旋钮21,卡入结合孔133并转动活动旋钮21固定置放板2,如此便可快速组装置放架,反之;当需折收置放架时将活动旋钮122旋转脱离卡合板131,便可将左连接框11、右连接框12连同后板13分别收折起来,如此设计即达到了结构精简、易于组装、折收之目的,又达到了减少材积、降低运输成本之实用效果。
本创作另一目的即在于右连接框12后端与后板13的结合固定方式可以下列方式替代,如第9图所示,藉由于右连接框12后端开设锁孔123,及于后板13侧边设置锁孔134与旋钮3相锁合,亦可达到快速组装折收之功效。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (3)

1、一种置放架改良结构,其特征在于包括:
一框架,该框架可置放电视、电器等设备;
一前连接架,该前连接架两端均设有连接孔,并连接设有连接拴;
一左连接框,该左连接框前端设有左枢钮,于后端设有活动枢钮;
一右连接框,该右连接框前端设有右枢钮,并于后端置设活动旋钮;
一后板,该后板一侧设有枢钮,另一侧设有卡合板;
一组置放板,该置放板可分层置放于框架中;
籍由,将前连接架左右两端连接孔分别置入左右连接框所设的相应左右枢钮上定位,并用连接拴定位以供活动,再将后板之枢钮置入左连接框之活动枢钮中,折收时将左右连接框收折即可,反之;将左右连接框拉出使右连接框后端所设活动旋钮置入后板所设之卡合板中,旋转活动旋钮即可定位,最后于框架上置放置放板,以供电视及其它电器置放。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种置放架改良结构,其特征在于,该置放板底面可设有活动旋钮,以便置放于框架上固定。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种置放架改良结构,其特征在于,该后板与右连接框以旋钮方式加以固定。
