Abstract
本实用新型所述的一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,它包括槽罐、二氧化碳气态出口阀门、二氧化碳液态出口阀门,其特征是:在槽罐顶部与二氧化碳液态出口阀门的外端之间,设一连通管,连通管上设有阀门。在槽罐向贮罐输送二氧化碳完毕后,为不让残留的液态二氧化碳形成干冰,打开连通管上的阀门,可以将液态管道内残留的液态二氧化碳打进贮罐,消除安全隐患。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,特别是在二氧化碳槽罐顶部与二氧化碳液态出口阀门的外端之间,设有连通管的二氧化碳槽罐。
背景技术
现有的二氧化碳槽罐,在与贮罐连接灌装后,与槽罐连接的二氧化碳液态管在与贮罐脱离时,残留在液态管内的液态二氧化碳在常压即为固态干冰,会堵在液态管内,干冰的温度为-78.5℃,在室温时,由于温差大,干冰表面易气化,剩余的干冰会从管道内射出,极易杀伤人。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是要提供一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,它在槽罐的顶部与二氧化碳液态出口阀门的外端之间,设带有阀门的连通管。当槽罐车运输后将槽罐内的二氧化碳灌入贮罐完毕后,先将槽罐上的气态出口阀门及液态出口阀门关闭,再卸下与贮罐相连接的气态管道,然后将贮罐上气态阀门放气降压,这时槽罐内的气态二氧化碳会经连通管将液态管道内的液态二氧化碳打入贮罐,然后将贮罐上的液态阀门及气态阀门关上,并关闭连通管上的阀门,这时液态管道内没有残留的液态二氧化碳,不会在液态管道内形成干冰,可以安全地卸下液态管道。

本实用新型的有益效果是,当槽罐向贮罐输送二氧化碳前,先将连通管的阀门打开,可以排除液态管道内的空气;并使液态出口阀门前后压力平衡,便于液态出口阀门的开启及关闭;在槽罐向贮罐输送二氧化碳完毕后,为不让残留的液态二氧化碳形成干冰,打开连通管上的阀门,可以将液态管道内残留的液态二氧化碳打进贮罐,消除安全隐患。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所述的一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,如图1所示,在二氧化碳槽罐1顶部与二氧化碳液态出口阀门2的外端之间,设一连通管3,连通管上设有阀门4。为了方便工人操作,连通管3上的阀门4设于靠近二氧化碳液态出口阀门2处。为了使槽罐美观,连通管3设于槽罐的真空夹层5内。当槽罐车运输后将槽罐1内的二氧化碳灌入贮罐6完毕后,先将槽罐1上的气态出口阀门7及液态出口阀门2关闭,再卸下与贮罐6相连接的气态管道8,并打开连通管3上的阀门4,然后将贮罐6上气态阀门9放气降压,这时槽罐1内的气态二氧化碳会经连通管3将液态管道10内的液态二氧化碳打入贮罐6,然后将贮罐6上的液态阀门11及气态阀门9关上,并关闭连通管3上的阀门4,这时液态管道10内没有残留的液态二氧化碳,不会在液态管道10内形成干冰,可以安全地卸下液态管道10。本实用新型可以消除安全隐患。并且减少了二氧化碳的排放,符合环保要求。本连通管及其阀门,也适用于安装在二氧化碳的贮罐上。

1、一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,它包括槽罐、二氧化碳气态出口阀门、二氧化碳液态出口阀门,其特征是:在槽罐顶部与二氧化碳液态出口阀门的外端之间,设一连通管,连通管上设有阀门。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,其特征是:连通管上的阀门设于靠近二氧化碳液态出口阀门处。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的二氧化碳槽罐,其特征是:连通管设于槽罐真空夹层内。
