背景技术
磨床是机械加工的常用设备,现有的磨床工作台垫板与床身之间通过静压导轨连接,存在较大的径向跳动,直接致使高工精度难以提高,不利于高精度产品加工的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于设计一种径向跳动较小或没有的、提高加工精度的磨床。
本实用新型包括床座、床身、工作台、工作台垫板,所述工作台布置在工作台垫板上,工作台垫板和床身之间连接液珠丝杠副,在液珠丝杠副两侧的工作台垫板通过一对高精度直线滚动导轨支撑在床身上。
通过以上设计,使磨床具有较高的加工精度,精度保持性好,X、Z向定位精度在≤0.006mm,重复定位精度在≤0.003mm内,能适应高精度产品的加工。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括床座1、床身2、工作台3、工作台垫板4、高精度直线滚动导轨5。座身2连接在床座1上方,工作台3布置在工作台垫板4上,工作台垫板4通过一对高精度直线滚动导轨4支撑在床身2上。
在两组高精度直线滚动导轨4之间的床身上通过轴承座6支撑滚珠丝杠座7,与该滚珠丝杠座7配合的液珠丝杠副8固定连接在工作台垫板4的底部。

1、一种高精度磨床,包括床座、床身、工作台、工作台垫板,所述工作台布置在工作台垫板上,工作台垫板和床身之间连接液珠丝杠副,其特征在于在液珠丝杠副两侧的工作台垫板通过一对高精度直线滚动导轨支撑在床身上。
