Abstract

本实用新型是一种洗碗机过滤系统，包括平面过滤器、提杯及柱面微过滤器，其中所述柱面微过滤器由内侧的柱面过滤器及外侧的微过滤器一体做成，柱面微过滤器从上往下套置于平面过滤器内，其上端缘搁置在平面过滤器底部相配合的环状台阶上，提杯从上往下置于柱面微过滤器内，中部卡装在柱面微过滤器上，上端高出平面过滤器的开口平面且其柱体上开设有若干过水孔。本实用新型采用柱面过滤器及微过滤器一体做出，提杯通过弹性卡扣卡装在柱面微过滤器上部，提杯上端高出平面过滤器的开口平面且其柱体上开设有若干过水孔的结构，不但结构简单，拆装方便，而且很容易清除提杯和柱面过滤器之间水流冲刷不到的死角处的赃物。

本实用新型是一种洗碗机过滤系统，属于洗碗机过滤系统的改进技术。
背景技术
洗碗机过滤系统是用来过滤洗碗机洗涤循环水中的颗粒状杂物，防止餐具二次污染，以提高洗碗机的洗净率。传统的过滤系统包括平面过滤器、柱面过滤器、提杯及微过滤器，提杯的固定卡位穿过平面过滤器与柱面过滤器卡装在一起，基本上不能拆卸，提杯和柱面过滤器之间有水流冲刷不到的死角，容易附着脏物，不易清洗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构简单，拆装方便，容易清洗死角的洗碗机过滤系统。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种洗碗机过滤系统，包括平面过滤器、提杯及柱面微过滤器，其中所述柱面微过滤器由内侧的柱面过滤器及外侧的微过滤器一体做成，柱面微过滤器从上往下套置于平面过滤器内，其上端缘搁置在平面过滤器底部相配合的环状台阶上，提杯从上往下置于柱面微过滤器内，中部卡装在柱面微过滤器上，上端高出平面过滤器的开口平面且其柱体上开设有若干过水孔。
上述平面过滤器的底部环状阶梯台阶与柱面微过滤器的上端缘之间设置有摩擦垫。
上述提杯中部外周设有若干均布的弹性卡扣，柱面微过滤器的上端柱体与之对应设有若干均布的卡位，提杯从上往下压装使弹性卡扣卡入卡位内。
本实用新型采用柱面过滤器及微过滤器一体做出，提杯通过弹性卡扣卡装在柱面微过滤器上部，提杯上端高出平面过滤器的开口平面且其柱体上开设有若干过水孔的结构，不但结构简单，拆装方便，而且很容易清除提杯和柱面过滤器之间水流冲刷不到的死角处的赃物。

具体实施方式：
实施例：
如图1、2所示，本实施例洗碗机的过滤系统，包括平面过滤器1、提杯2及柱面微过滤器3，其中所述柱面微过滤器3由内侧的柱面过滤器31及外侧的微过滤器32一体做成，柱面微过滤器3从上往下套置于平面过滤器1内，其上端缘搁置在平面过滤器1底部相配合的环状台阶上，提杯2从上往下置于柱面微过滤器3内，中部卡装在柱面微过滤器3上，上端高出平面过滤器1的开口平面且其柱体上开设有若干过水孔21。
为防止柱面微过滤器转动时磨损，同时防止划伤使用者，上述平面过滤器1的底部环状阶梯台阶与柱面微过滤器3的上端缘之间设置有摩擦垫4。
上述提杯2中部外周设有3个均布的弹性卡扣22，柱面微过滤器3的上端柱体与之对应设有3个均布的卡位33，提杯2从上往下压装使弹性卡扣22卡入卡位33内。

1、一种洗碗机过滤系统，包括平面过滤器(1)、提杯(2)及柱面微过滤器(3)，其特征在于所述柱面微过滤器(3)由内侧的柱面过滤器(31)及外侧的微过滤器(32)一体做成，柱面微过滤器(3)从上往下套置于平面过滤器(1)内，其上端缘搁置在平面过滤器(1)底部相配合的环状台阶上，提杯(2)从上往下置于柱面微过滤器(3)内，中部卡装在柱面微过滤器(3)上，上端高出平面过滤器(1)的开口平面且其柱体上开设有若干过水孔(21)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机过滤系统，其特征在于上述平面过滤器(1)的底部环状阶梯台阶与柱面微过滤器(3)的上端缘之间设置有摩擦垫(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机过滤系统，其特征在于上述提杯(2)中部外周设有若干均布的弹性卡扣(22)，柱面微过滤器(3)的上端柱体与之对应设有若干均布的卡位(33)，提杯(2)从上往下压装使弹性卡扣(22)卡入卡位(33)内。
