本实用新型是一种洗碗机的微过滤系统，包括外微过滤器（2），其特征在于还包括内微过滤器（1），内微过滤器（1）旋紧卡装在外微过滤器（2）内。本实用新型由于采用双层微过滤器的结构，因此，在不改变微型过滤器形状大小的情况下，极大的增大微过滤面积，提升了洗碗机的洗净率，而且防止过多的污染物粘附在微过滤网上堵死水流的过滤通道，提高了洗碗机的抗堵能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种洗碗机的微过滤系统，属于洗碗机微过滤系统的改进技术。
背景技术
目前，现有的洗碗机过滤系统的作用是过滤、收集水中渣滓，一般包括平面过滤器、提杯及微过滤器。微过滤器的过滤网表面积越大，过滤的渣滓就越多，抗堵塞的能力也越强，同时使水流系统形成稳定的水流，保证喷臂中的水流具有一定的压力。目前洗碗机过滤系统一般采用的都是圆柱形的微过滤器，由于滤网面积较小，过滤系统容易堵塞。而通过增加微过滤器的直径或者高度以增大过滤网的表面积，都需要增加水杯的容积，导致洗碗机单次耗水量的增加，总能耗增加。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种在不改变微型过滤器形状大小的前提下，既能增加过滤网面积，又提高洗净率及抗堵能力的洗碗机的微过滤系统。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种洗碗机的微过滤系统，包括外微过滤器，其特征在于还包括内微过滤器，内微过滤器旋紧卡装在外微过滤器内。
所述内微过滤器的顶部装有内微过滤器盖。
所述内微过滤器盖的底部周边设置有至少两个卡扣，其通过卡扣卡装在内微过滤器的顶部。
所述内微过滤器的底部设置有至少一个抽吸口，对应的在外微过滤器的侧壁上也设置有至少一个抽吸口。
所述内微过滤器的底部设有旋转卡扣，外微过滤器的底部对应设置有卡槽，内微过滤器通过旋转卡扣及卡槽配合旋紧卡装在外微过滤器内。
本实用新型由于采用双层微过滤器的结构，因此，在不改变微型过滤器形状大小的情况下，极大的增大微过滤面积，提升了洗碗机的洗净率，而且防止过多的污染物粘附在微过滤网上堵死水流的过滤通道，提高了洗碗机的抗堵能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型洗碗机的微过滤系统，包括内微过滤器1、外微过滤器2及内微过滤器盖3，其中内微过滤器1旋紧卡装在外微过滤器2内，内微过滤器盖3通过其底部周边所设卡扣31卡装在内微过滤器1的顶部。所述内微过滤器1的底部设置有两个抽吸口11，对应的在外微过滤器2的侧壁上也设置有两个抽吸口21。
本实施例中，所述内微过滤器1的底部设有旋转卡扣12，外微过滤器2的底部对应设置有卡槽22，内微过滤器1通过旋转卡扣12及卡槽22配合旋紧卡装在外微过滤器2内。
本实用新型的工作原理是：如图4所示，洗碗机洗涤过程中，水流通过平面过滤器4，进入内微过滤器1及外微过滤器2双层微过滤器中，部分水透过外微过滤器2过滤后直接进入水杯5，另一部分水透过内微过滤器1过滤后经由抽吸口21通过洗涤泵的抽吸进入水杯，完成洗涤水的微过滤；排水过程中，渣滓随水流入内微过滤器1与外微过滤器2夹层之间，通过排水泵排出水杯。

Claims (5)

1.一种洗碗机的微过滤系统，包括外微过滤器（2），其特征在于还包括内微过滤器（1），内微过滤器（1）旋紧卡装在外微过滤器（2）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机的微过滤系统，其特征在于所述内微过滤器（1）的顶部装有内微过滤器盖（3）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机的微过滤系统，其特征在于所述内微过滤器盖（3）的底部周边设置有至少两个卡扣（31），其通过卡扣卡装在内微过滤器（1）的顶部。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的洗碗机的微过滤系统，其特征在于所述内微过滤器（1）的底部设置有至少一个抽吸口（11），对应的在外微过滤器（2）的侧壁上也设置有至少一个抽吸口（21）。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗碗机的微过滤系统，其特征在于所述内微过滤器（1）的底部设有旋转卡扣（12），外微过滤器（2）的底部对应设置有卡槽（22），内微过滤器（1）通过旋转卡扣（12）及卡槽（22）配合旋紧卡装在外微过滤器（2）内。
