本实用新型涉及一种汽轮机整体式隔板径向汽封装置,包括动叶、静叶、隔板体和叶轮,隔板体上部装有静叶,叶轮顶部装有动叶,动叶和静叶之间形成汽道,叶轮顶部沿轴向设有凸出的平台,平台顶部与叶轮顶部的轴向平行,隔板体上部设有与叶轮顶部凸出的平台相对应的凹槽,凹槽下方沿隔板体径向设置有径向汽封片。本实用新型采用在隔板体上设置汽封片,将隔板体凹槽与叶轮凸出平台间的间隙封住,实现与叶轮间的径向汽封,这样能够放大通流部分和汽封轴向间隙,保持较小的汽封径向间隙,密封效果良好,汽道的漏汽量减少,对主汽流的干扰减小,提高通流效率,而且提高汽轮机机组的启停性能,缩短启停时间,并且结构简单,加工方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽封装置,尤其是一种汽轮机整体式隔板径向汽封装置。
背景技术
常规的汽轮机设计中由于机组的轴向间隙较小,在叶片进汽侧顶部和根部设置为轴向汽封,来减少了汽封漏气,如图1所示。而现在的汽轮机设计普遍增大轴向间隙,从而使传统的叶片进汽侧根部轴向汽封的作用减小,造成了汽道的漏气增加,对主汽流的流动造成了干扰,降低了通流效率。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、加工方便、密封效果好、提高通流效率的汽轮机整体式隔板径向汽封装置。
本实用新型的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:一种汽轮机整体式隔板径向汽封装置,包括动叶、静叶、隔板体和叶轮,隔板体上部装有静叶,叶轮顶部装有动叶,动叶和静叶之间形成汽道,叶轮顶部沿轴向设有凸出的平台,平台顶部与叶轮顶部的轴向平行,隔板体上部设有与叶轮顶部凸出的平台相对应的凹槽,凹槽下方沿隔板体径向设置有径向汽封片。
本实用新型采用在隔板体上设置汽封片,将隔板体凹槽与叶轮凸出平台间的间隙封住,实现与叶轮间的径向汽封,这样能够放大通流部分和汽封轴向间隙,保持较小的汽封径向间隙,密封效果良好,汽道的漏汽量减少,对主汽流的干扰减小,提高通流效率,而且提高汽轮机机组的启停性能,缩短启停时间,并且结构简单,加工方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1是常规的汽道根部轴向汽封结构示意图,其通过在叶片进汽侧顶部和根部设置轴向汽封5,来减少了汽封漏气,但是已不适合现有的技术发展需要。
图2中,隔板体4上部装有静叶3,叶轮2顶部装有动叶1,动叶1和静叶3之间形成汽道,叶轮2顶部沿轴向设有凸出的平台7,平台7顶部与叶轮2顶部的轴向平行,隔板体4上部设有与叶轮2顶部凸出的平台7相对应的凹槽8,凹槽8下方沿隔板体径向设置有径向汽封片6。这样能够放大通流部分和汽封轴向间隙,保持较小的汽封径向间隙,密封效果良好,汽道的漏汽量减少,对主汽流的干扰减小,提高通流效率,而且提高汽轮机机组的启停性能,缩短启停时间,并且结构简单,加工方便。

1.一种汽轮机整体式隔板径向汽封装置,包括动叶、静叶、隔板体和叶轮,隔板体上部装有静叶,叶轮顶部装有动叶,动叶和静叶之间形成汽道,其特征在于:叶轮顶部沿轴向设有凸出的平台,平台顶部与叶轮顶部的轴向平行,隔板体上部设有与叶轮顶部凸出的平台相对应的凹槽,凹槽下方沿隔板体径向设置有径向汽封片。
