技术领域:
本实用新型涉及到一种罩式退火炉,尤其是涉及到一种罩式退火炉的隔热保温装置。
背景技术:
近几年来,随着市场对黑色金属和有色金属光亮退火的板材、带材需求量的不断增加,而这些板材、带材在生产工序中常以成卷的形式传递,其热处理长期以来主要依赖罩式退火炉,在退火炉的使用过程中为了保证退火炉的热效率,退火炉必须采用保温炉衬来防止热量损失。目前市场上所采用的保温炉衬大都是硅酸铝耐火材料,这种保温材料在实际应用过程中发现存在了蓄热损失大、散热率高等缺陷。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种将对退火炉的轻型化、节能化发展起到积极地推动作用的保温炉衬。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种陶瓷纤维隔热保温炉衬,包括壳体,其特征在于:在所述的壳体上包有两层陶瓷纤维毡,所述的两层陶瓷纤维毡之间有一层隔热反射膜,在所述外层的陶瓷纤维毡上再镶有一层含锆纤维模块。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
由于采用三层保温材料,耐1000℃的陶瓷纤维毡和耐1260℃含锆纤维模块,同时在两层陶瓷纤维毡之间有一层隔热反射膜,这样确保了退火炉的热效率,降低热损失,防止壁炉外壳温升的超标,达到节能效果,而又不造成炉壁隔热保温材料厚度增加,引起产品成本增高的目的。
